Hey,
I have a OnePlus 3t and the latest rr custom rom. I installed substratum and andromeda app. Followed andromeda instructions and selected my pitch black theme (the official rr one). Selected install and biuld and the app has been stuck on the bellow screen for over 20 minutes.

Any advice? Should I crash the app?
Thanks,
OK, I crashed the app, now when opening it, it stays on the loading screen and does not open.

Some advice required please
I have a Samsung S8+ with custom ROM (CarHDRom V17.1) on 8.0
I installed substratum and applied a theme. Upon reboot the screen is black and I cannot see anything other than the edge screen.
How can I remove Substratum and get functionality back to my phone?
Thanks
Matt
Hi all,
I have a problem installing Lineage on a (two) Oneplus 6.
I follow the official installation instructions (https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/enchilada/install) using the latest builds of TWRP/LineageOS/Gapps linked on that site.
All works (using Windows and Linux) until the final reboot. Then it ends in a black screen and a light blue LED.
I have two Oneplus 6. On one, I somehow managed to boot Lineage*. But after an update of Lineage OS it ended in the same black screen and light blue LED.
So it seems to be a boot problem. Fastboot works and it is possible to recover the phone with the MsmDownloadTool. But everytime it ends up in a black screen. And since it once booted, I hope for some magic fastboot/adb command to solve it.
I tried some additional commands like fastboot set_active=a/b but without luck.
Any ideas or suggestion?
Thanks a lot in advance!
*unfortunately I have no idea what was different.
PS: Installing Gapps fails (error 20 iirc) but the result is the same without trying to install Gapps
I have exactly the same issue. *bump*
The LOS "guide" is missing several steps.
I don't recall the details, but I ended up several times at exactly the same place when installing LOS.
Finally, I found
https://www.codetinkerer.com/2019/08/31/install-lineageos-16-on-oneplus-6.html
which is not only very clear, but also includes a lot of explanations about what's going on behind the scenes.
Sadly, it doesn't cover updates via LOS' built-in updater.
This is “Dasaita Scout Series 13.3”.
Before starting I did a factory reset. Then installed Mod Installer Pro 2.
I used Mod Installer Pro 2 to install “Hal9k_Mod_5.0_MTCx_HCTx_PX6_eng”. It took awhile but no errors came up during the update. When it finished ,I rebooted. Saw the Hal 9000 splash screen then it stays on “android” splash screen for a long time (30 min or so). It rebooted by its self after awhile and same thing.
What does hal suggest when contacted for paid app support
