Yes you can uninstall it with Titanium and Google Play Music is a decent audio player.

Hi I know xperia music app is integrated with spotify. And I have a spotify account. It says you can control the spotify through music app but when I click the spotify icon on the music app. Its opening the spotify app and I can't see any spotify music on my music app. Any solutions please?

There is none. If I remember correctly, Sony stated they would not be integrating Spotify in the music app like Music Unlimited was with Walkman. It's simply a gateway to opening the Spotify app. I don't like it either but it looks like all we're going to get.
When I play music on my music player and I turn off screen after more or less 1 minute the music stops..I don't know why, I thought It's on greenify coz i have aggressive doze but I didn't include my music player on hibernation.. I hope someone could help me.

which app you're using?
Did you use greenify app to hibernate app?
