Dear all, recently I bought used honor 6x ,I live in Egypt when I enter imei in hicare to know warranty status I found that my mobile is support in Iran , now I face problem with 4g calls but data works well,when some one calls me while I am on 4g,maybe switched off or unavailable answer ,when I want to make call while on 4g , phone take long time and network must go to 3g or 2g first to complete call, so please help me what is the problem ,my phone is bln-l21 with official bln-l21c185b384 andriod nougate and emui 5.0.2 is this hardware or software problem ,and this rom is suitable for my living area (Egypt) ,thanks

Has anyone tried to go back and success?
I have a G6-L33 from Venezuela (Movistar)
I flashed the G6-L11 because L11 , L22 and L33 are "THE SAME". That is a LIE, I flashed a L11 ROM into my L33 and I lost the home button correct functionality and also 3G and 4G. Now the phone's network is only EDGE.
I will try to do the roll back..
The phone is the same, provider configuration is different, I try to download a Venezuelan Rom to fix it and don't let let me. European roms are blocked in Latino American country and the same on reverse. L11 from there don't work to...

if the european ROM are blocked in reverse how it was possible that I update my Venezuelan phone with an european ROM but I cant go backwards?
I dont now, political thing I think!
I try several roms, and allways says file damage when I extracted.

I buyed a Huawei G6-L22 (4G) and there is a problem at this.
when I unpack the box and turn-on the device and started it, I cann't see any notification in above the phone screen.
also I put in Sim card for calling but nobody can call me and if he/she calling me I cann't see his name or phone number on the screen while I open Dial pad App!!!!,
In next I should to explain about notification. the problem is I cann't see operator name or 2g/3g/4g band and anything above the screen. It seems same as Full screen window in Windows Desktops!!
the build number is: L22V100R001C64B138
anyone can assist me at this case?

Hi everyone, I got a dual sim H60-L02 from China (rooted by the seller) and using it in Malaysia.
The shop dealer asked me not to update the phone as I will not be able to use Malaysia SIM card upon updating to the latest firmware.
Is it something to do with the baseband?
Is there anywhere I can find the baseband if I updated the phone and fail to connect to the cellular services?
Do advise / correct me should I have made wrong statement.

sorry but it sounds to me you've got either a clone device or spyware from your seller. try the app Z device test to check the hardware

I have L-02 type, unrooted, using it in Malaysia, 1st sim Maxis and the other one use indonesia's SIM. It's running properly for 3G. I unable try 4G coz my sim card not support for 4G.

Just to update, as there is a small note not to update to EMUI 3.0 while in rooted mode, I had factory reset the phone and then only updated the phone to latest firmware. Since Gapps does not available in China, I installed the Gapps from huawei app centre (Google calendar and contact sync adapter are available in that app centre) and the phone works well up to now except whatsapp chat history problem.
Hope you all enjoy Honor 6 H60-L02, definitely a phone worth to buy.

Volte patch required- reliance jio problem after marshmallow update
The problem started to happen AFTER update 6 AND 7 . Phone is workings perfectly fine with voLTE sim
but call cracking net speed up and down and signal goes and come infrequently
but after every 30 min the signal goes and we need to switch off and switch on the sim tab to get the signal again. The problem is only only with volte sim
AND IT CONFIRMED FROM JIO TECHNICAL TEAM
SOLUTION IS FOTA PATCH UPDATE AND IT IS NOT READY IN MOTOROLA SO NEW ANDROID VERSION IS DELAYED ON OTA
SO WAIT TILL FOR FOTA UPDATE THEN WE GET NEXT ANDROIED 7 OR 7.1 UPDATE

Try wiping the device from recovery.
I have Xperia Z1 Compact and I can't make any call and can't receive incoming call with Jio sim. I have also contacted Jio care they tell me to update FOTA software, but I don't think there is nothing to update when my device is shows up to date and not any other update released in our country. Jio care misleading us.

Download the jio phone app maybe ? Also Sony is to be blamed for this. They have a rep for abandoning phones as it is

This is the latest version with EMUI 5.0, Nougat .
But even after this update also, there is no VOLTE support.
I have Airtel 4G and Reliance Jio 4 G SIMS, both don't work for VOLTE, but LTE (data) works...
Still looking for a solution....

I too have a mate 8. But after updation jio sim lte is just swtiching on and off .so that cant connect to network . Nay remedies

No it's not supported. You will.have to use JioApp to call

Try update oreo and use B810 firmware (Chinese variants). When I made upright Oreo I noticed that in version B810 (beta test) it is possible to go volts. I do not guarantee but it is possible. Hey, sorry that you're facing this issue but Middle Eastern models of the 6X don't support VoLTE I assume, what you can try to do is debrand (possibly through rooting/flashing which will require a computer) or you can try use other carrier like Idea or Airtel.
For some reason I faced this issue but after a while it seems fixed.
