[Q] [HELP] Adaptive Launcher Icons - prjkt.io

Hello everyone,
I am creating a Substratum theme where i am replacing the launcher icons of the stock apps of my phone. I've created the circular and tear shapes for the icons, but with Oreo we now have adaptive icons.
I tried to add the "ic_launcher.xml" which contained the foreground and background icon. The xml was supposed to replace the png icon, but it didn't work.
My question is:
Is it possible to add adaptive icons with substratum?

Fully apply icons pack?

Hello, is it possible to fully apply the icons pack in a rom in the way that all the default icons appear in the rom (include those in the lockscreen and in the multitasking window) will be replace with those in the icons pack since now when I apply a icons pack only the icons in the launcher are replaced. I am using Omega Rom v.16.

[Q] Applying Icon Packs to Lockscreen

Is it possible to apply an icon pack to the lockscreen of the device? It is slightly bothersome that I cannot theme the lockscreen icons but I can theme the homescreen icons.
I think Unicon might work. It applys icon packs to system wide on the device so in theory it would work
Yeah, unicon applies them to the lock screen. You need root, and xposed framework installed to run unicon.

System Wide Icon Pack on 7.0?

Okay, I know that on MM you could literally use Galaxy Icon Themer if you were rooted to use an Icon pack and it was as simple as that. However now that Samsung are pushing the theme store on us more and more, I noticed this isn't possible on Nougat. Is there any way I can install an icon pack SYSTEM WIDE. Not just shortcuts on the home screen. I can't install the S8 apps since I get an error but either way I'd rather use an S8 Icon Pack. Thanks in advance.
Theme store icons should theme system wide so long as all the apps you have installed are supported by the icon pack
The packs that replace the icons completely will obviously need to support every app on your phone, the ones that just skin the default icons will theme them all, albeit they don't look so great
3rd party launchers like Nova launcher support a much wider range of icon packs, and they contain way more icons than the stock TW icon packs

[APP][O-theme] Customize your notification shade

Hey there. I'm introducing an app that can modify your existing notification shade / panel easily and without root.
Mainly it's not really modifying anything, just provides a complete replacement to the system one. Been working on the animations on it in the last while. Also a status bar replacement is included but that can be disabled inside settings. Has Android O theme's theme with complete animations and look.
