When there is no SIM card on the phone , IMEI is showing....but whenever I insert SIM card IMEI is getting erased and SIM card is not working... Plz help ASAP!

Hello friend, I have a Motorola DEXT or MB200 that not recognize any SIM CARD, neither ORIGINAL PROVIDER SIM CARD (Movistar Spain), I guess it's locked to, so I'm wondering if it's cause attempts to unlock phone via Factory Code is over or it's Hardware problem.
My question is: If Motorola Dext ends unlocking Factory Codes attempts not recognize any SIM card? somebody happends something like this before?
On Screen it says when I have inserted several SIM Cards, it says: "NO SIM Card, please insert a SIM CARD", so, there is not difference with ANY SIM Card inserted or none inserted....
any idea? any help?
PS: Just recognize a TEST CARD SIM CARD, only this one

Flash the phone with rsd lite v.4.9 than all will be ok.This insert sim for entering incorrect unlock code many times.
Hi. I`ve flashed this rom:
samsung_i5800xwjpi.tar
and
KISADWORX_ROM_v2.5.3_ODIN
and after it my phone doesn`t reads SIM card, so I flashed
GT-I5800_XEU_I5800XXJPU_I5800OXXJPO_I5800XXJP4_I5800XXJPU
But phone still doesn`t reads SIM card, any idea what to do?

I flashed my Xperia U and now it comes as No sim card inserted evven if the sim card is inserted i did everything i know but its no use..I tried S1 tool it appears SIM status tampered...PLease any1 help me plzzzzzz
I have a rooted bootloader unlocked xperia tipo dual in which i flashed stock rom through flashtool. But after flashing stock rom ,only sim get detected. if tried to switch phone says cannot switch no sim inserted even if the sim is inserted. Sim is not damaged as it works in others phones. Also the port is not damaged as , if i put sim in second port only, it get detected.
Both sim do not get detected simultaneously.
one more observation when i restart my phone sim status in notification bar say as " no service | airplane mode".. after which first sim signal comes and nothing show of second sim.
please help...

Explain? What do you mean won't boot up? Sits on lg logo with SIM card in device? Or won't read sim? If phone won't boot with the SIM card then it's either a bad sim or a hardware failure with the phone.

means phone is switching off again and again while booting with inserted sim card
and phone is booting normally without sim card inserted

So phone boot loops with sim? That's. Hardware issue or you've flashed a wrong model firmware on your device.
