When i had my mytouch i loved the motorola theme but i especially loved the animation effects wondering if it can be ported to current themes?

FuchsiaOS theme will have just Light varient for now based on the leaks.

-Settings to match Android P and FuchsiaOS style.

-Navigation bar is based on FuchsiaOS leaks and my additions. (For best experience use rom with Pixel Navbar animation)

1) Theme works best for Oreo.
2) Only Google Apps will be themed.
3) There maybe few bugs here and there but hey its my First theme.

I've tried 4.8.4 and 4.8.5. failed to apply!
Does the notification pannel is part of the theme or it's just for the color and does it work with Galaxy S8?

I guess it is for AOSP only..
The notification is a part of theme.
Using oxygen os latest stable version, it applies except for telegram, Google play store and one more Google service. But On a device reboot it automatically does the factory reset. Have tried twice and same behaviour.

Does anyone know if exists any launcher or substratum that simulate Android 10.
I can't update to Android 10, however I really like how it looks like, specially dark notifications.
I wish I could have on on my Android 9.
