That's quite nice. I've seen my phone charging more than 1700-1800mA without patching it.
P. S. I use QuickCharge 3.0 although I know it would've been charging with 2.0 technology

Will it work on MIUI 9.5 I don't have quick charge adapter still will. iget any advantage?

Not sure only for miui but you can check in custom too...
But first take a backup of your current thermal-engine.conf file
Then install this mod and check current flow in ampere app

I'll test this once my battery got 50% or low. When battery is above 80% usually, it doesnt force higher value current.
Edit: im currently on custom kernel which support usb fast charge. Will this mod effect the usb fast charge on kernel?

Nope it will not coz fastcharge of kernel is implement by kernel not by system
This mod work with system
Test it when your phones battery below 20 or less if you want then test it how it will take time to charge your phone

Can you try to make a magisk module? since you said it works with system and magisk module can make it systemless-ly-ish, IDK how magisk works, just asking if it is possible or not.

There is no quick charge icon...
You need to install ampere app from playstore to measure current flow...
It will show you stock one give you 1700-1900ma(new charger)
1200-1400ma(old charger)
But after flash this mod you will get more then these values in ampere app

No major bug. but sometimes the only i encounter when i use to install apk it freezes but when i restarted it installed completely but as of my experience i recommend it for daily use.

I don't want to compare i appreciate every rom ?, because its in the taste of its of every user what are they prefer, but for me just want to explore the possibility and to latest mod and ROM., Try maybe you love it too, ? i have also posted MODs for extra flavor on it to feel more android experience for the new ROM. ?

Hello, Actually I really love the android P experience even more than Emui which morfuz is based upon my only concern is.. is it good dfor a daily driver?

Yes If any developer make custom kernel with fast charging support but I didn't see it happening

Does underclocking your phone's CPU and limiting battery charging to 80% increase the lifespan?

My phone is rooted and I underclocked the CPU for better battery life, no heating, limited the charging to 80% to help the battery, does it increase the lifespan if I do those two things?

i wont need that tho . Most phone will outdated in like 3-5 years .cpu will auto underclock to slowest clock speed if you not using it . limit doesn help much if you keep using while charging , thats the key.

What did you use to root? After Android 5 it gets harder to root, I run Android 10 and it's rooted.
