Setup
Download the Epic ROM and transfer it to internal memory.
Start your device in TWRP recovery mode.
In TWRP recovery, click Wipe »Advanced Wipe and delete everything except local memory.
Return to the TWRP main menu, touch Install, and in Step 1 select the Epic rom Zip file to which you are transferring your device.
Once you have selected the .zip file, do a Swipe to Confirm Flash. At the bottom of the screen to start the custom ROM installation process. This may take some time.
Once your ROM has been successfully loaded, run Wipe cache / Dalvik and restart your device.

For my, only change in setup, when finish this, reboot and looks normal, You can change color in status bar, in configuration, look the screenshot.

there are no settings on changing the color on notification/status bar option
Pes 2018 mobile
Why does my Pes 2018 mobile restart whenever I minimize it. I like this rom but its inability to handle my minimized Pes is pissing me off. How do I fix this???

How to install

After a complete restore under stock and 4.4.4 update due to different troubles after flashing Roms ... I'm back now with your rom expected all is good... On stock the battery life wasn't really great so I hope with nexus it will be better... Thanks

Awesome Rom
After flashing PA for stability, this rom is an awesome combination of that and awesome features great work!
Getting good battery life and the rom is also running smoothly , there are some rare FC's but its ok.
Only problem i faced was my whatsapp is syncing only when i open the app. Is this a deep sleep/wakelock issue?
I can't see in This ROM the brightness adjust level ß sweeping the above bar ...I know that with xposed we can add it but natively it could be interesting to add it thanks

for N4 and N5 guy kkk
just a little help...
probably this isn't the "perfect" thread but I encountered some difficulties in installing this rom so I'm here
I was with a stock motorola rom (4.4.2) mono-sim 8gb ver, then I rooted + unlocked, all worked without issue for months
then for wrong I upgraded to 4.4.4 dual-sim ver... all worked except the phone side, so I decided to wipe all and in the meanwhile tasting something gpe... so I decided to try this rom
downloaded everything needed... converted to gpe... installed proper recovery... wiped all... and 1st surprise from recovery I'm not able anymore to mount /sdcard as usb drive
so I installed from recovery trough: adb sideload rom.zip + adb sideload gapps.zip (taken from 1st page of this thread)
upon reboot just an infinite bootloop (the bubbles never die :laugh: )
so rewiped everything, formatted all partitions one by one, installed just the rom.zip (always from ad sideload) and now it works...
where am I in wrong?
the strange thing is that after flashing recovery bootloader told me "invalid partition" or something similar, I just ignored it.. was it an important message?
I was able to install the rom just because I formatted all partitions after moving to gpe? so a "simple" wipe all isn't enough?
just for curiosity, to understand... thank you :good:
Use twrp
1. Wipe cache + Dalvik
2. Factory reset
3. Flash Rom + Gapps
4. Wipe data und write yes
(Warning you will loose all your data)
5.reboot

With that said, here is my version of what I love in a rom! Heavily modified for performance and speed with black theming to help with battery. 1. - ODIN to the latest Firmware. These can be found in the "General" tab.

5. - You are now ready to flash AUDACIA Rom

THIS IS A MODIFIED FLASHING METHOD TO KEEP MOBILE DATA DUE TO APN ISSUE

1. - ALWAYS ALWAYS make a full nandroid backup in TWRP PRIOR to doing anything else! Just In Case!
2. - Have AUDACIA Rom downloaded to your phone in the downloads folder
3. - From recovery, wipe ONLY Dalvik Cache, Cache, and System
--- *DO NOT WIPE YOUR DATA PARTITION* Otherwise you will lose your APN's and Have no mobile data
4. - Flash Rom, Reboot, Profit!
INITIAL BOOT WILL TAKE UP TO 10 MINUTES. RELAX AND DON'T WORRY
5. - Download a cache cleaning app like CCleaner, or manually wipe cache for personally downloaded apps
6. - If You Have Any Force Closes, wipe app data. If you don't have black themes for Team Blacked Out added apps, uninstall updates for that app!

You should be able to root from 0e2 without computer, but you have to upgrade to OF7, its in the op now how to do all of this!

sir, u did a amazing work I told ur previous threat. but I want to tell u about just one bug that I got. while phone ringing/vibrating (incoming call) the swipe to answer/reject does not works sometimes. its got stuck on incoming call screen.

No issue here as well, running perfectly and I noticed the better memory management which is nice.

I have a little problem that would like to fix as soon as all of you can possibly can help, some how some apps like google app and snap camera needs permit but drawing over other apps it's grayed out and without enabling it they don't work. so any information on how to fix will be greatly appreciate it. thank you

Try reflashing the ROM. I had a GPS error and Play Services error when I flashed mine.
I tried installing xposed on this, and while the phone was turning on the screen went white and froze.

After unlock bootloader, i use rom xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix_6.12.8_v8-6.0.zip and camera (back + front) is very good.
But i update to xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMix_6.12.22_v8-6.0.zip and have problem with front camera.
Now, i download MiFlash and flash Mi mix to Stable Rom but still front camera not work.

it boots up fine and perfectly however, i lost the touch on TWRP. I tried installing all version of TWRP non of them worked.
any other idea ?

Have a look to TWRP thread! You need another TWRP if you want to use this ROM.
Try to start from scratch again. Reflash stock CN using MiFlash, boot, reboot to fastboot, flash TWRP for CN, flash ROM with TWRP, boot, reboot to fastboot, flash TWRP for EU, done

Are you flashing with deleting data, or dirty? I would recommend a clean flash. By the way, no camera problems here with .22

You've used special miui version of xposed? I could recommend to use systemless magisk variant of the miui specific xposed.

From Play Store , obb don't work u have to download and paste obb data manually and then , install the app...
Yes , is enough for daily usage . just battery drain is a bit faster than other roms.. give it some days maybe battery will improve

Is there bro ... on Dot-Os Customization Menu , just search for it (screenshot just uploaded)

And one more thing I've seen some dot is scrnshots which have blurbehind in notification shade, is it available fr us? Cuz as much as I've looked I haven't found any blur behind or transparency option in settings
Nice ROM btw its super smooth and I haven't found any bugs or random reboots.
Some scrnshots. The rom is very smooth like way smoother than all the ROMs I've tried. This Gona be my new daily driver now

this image is from dot os XDA page and the notification shade has a slight blurbehind almost acrylic like and the third picture also shows dot's customised package manager which is also not there in this build.

Yes it hs the monnet wanabe engine thing, it only sets ur accent colors based on the wallpaper as of now tho.
