I don't have this device but, with a limited amount of developments to choose from, here's a few Custom/Rooted ROM's to choose from that's specific to your device. Don't be afraid to ask for some member guidance within one of them too.

Sorry sir but these pre rooted or blotware removed ROMs are same as stock
And u will never understand without using my device how much it LAGS it is not even usable
This device is in need to have a pure aosp ROM(any version)
CAN SOMEONE MAKE SAMSUNG GRAND NEO ANDROID 5 OR 6 ROM'

I don't have this device but, your device has a MediaTek MT6592M. This is what you will have to search for regarding a Custom ROM.

Hi all, so i just was given a tab 2 and havent modded an Android in a very long time. im wondering what the best custom rom is for this device for performance. ive done a google search and most guides are outdated. i did manage to get this device rooted, but im not too confident in what im doing after that. id like to sideload a rom instead of using an sd card also.
