Thanks man I downloaded the ROM file...
Here, I mirrored it on AndroidFileHost. This should make things easier to reach.
Hi,
Tried flashing the ROM with latest Breadcrust TWRP version. I had an error saying that the ROM was made for the "K9" model, and that mine is Z1. I modified the script in the rom file and finally flashed it, but I get stuck in a bootloop. Any ideas?
Thanks.

K9 is the ZUI's official device code of ZUK Z1.Try to convert to ZUI firstly, and rename the rom file to update.zip. Boot into the ZUI's recovery, wipe and flash.

maybe going back to ZUI 1.2.0.40
So is there anyone who boot correctly and is able to give us a report?
We clearly need a more detailed step by step for those of us having an international Zuk device. If I can try it (maybe tomorrow), I will post this detailed info.
I have unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP as well but while i'm trying to install GAPPS got error code:25, Now it's Bootloop i'm going back to the old version.

Why do you want to install the Gapps? That some pre-installed Google apps are not coming? Install the Gapps is only when you install a ROM based on AOSP or similar, I have never seen that install Gapps in the manufacturer's ROM, as in this case is Samsung.

You need twrp recovery and open gapps 7.0 pico or nano. Then you go into recovery, ensure signature verification is disabled and flash the gapps zip. When you reboot you will have google. If it fails flash s custom ROM and then gapps

Lineage comes in English yes. Its a 7.1 nougat ROM
---------- Post added at 11:35 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:29 AM ----------
I'm not seeing any major difference in the specifications or hardware between the s6 and s6 duos. Both are 920 model. There are a ton of operating systems. Lineage, resurrection remix, and Dr ketans ROM are my favourite. Right now I am using an 8.1 Oreo ROM but it was full of bugs and took a lot of work on my part to fix. Stick with nougat for now.

For Android 7 you need TWRP or a similar custom recovery and to flash the zip. If it's not working the chinese have somehow blocked it and you will need a custom ROM. If you install Bixby vision on the ROM and chinese pops up you can click it and Bixby will translate it for you

I am using Android 7.0 Stock ROM on my Samsung Galaxy S6 (G9200) with a baseband version of G9200ZCS2ERC1 and security patch of ASKS v1.4 Release180122 SMR Mar-2018 Release 1. After I use Open Gapps 23 October 2018 ARM64 Android 7.0 pico in TWRP, I cannot login with Google Play or other Google apps if I use a network that bypasses GFW in China. If I use SSR or other VPN apps on my Samsung S6 to bypass the GFW, the Google Play Service would crash (and sometimes it would turn into black screen if I use multithreads in webview enabled in development options).
If I remove Open Gapps and use Go Google (a Chinese apps that installs Gapps for you), once it installs Google Services Framework, I would get repeated crashing modal popping up. I will need to pm uninstall gsf in adb. Same with installing Google Services Framework 7.0-3037786 from apkmirror or moving Gapps’ gsf from /system/priv-app to /system/app.
Typically I noticed all third party ROMs that I installed required to flash Gapps immediately after flashing the ROM or after doing a factory reset. I think it could be that I already installed a bunch of apps and used the phone for a while now without Gapps. I really would prefer to not backup everything and recover them after a factory reset.
You need to be in stock emui 8 with unlocked bootloader.
If you are in elemental rom come back to stock emui 8 then flash this rom.
If you are in another gsi you can proceed directly (flash below recovery then do factory reset then flash gsi los rom via fastboot then again reboot to stock recovery do factory reset)
If you are in stock emui 8 do not wipe anything just flash it via fastboot and do factory reset.
first flash this recovery
https://mega.nz/#!cbJFAIQD!qvp1KnZ0qxlg6nHDFmpM5qyZ9QUVIDe5PoZE0BQf8fs
Fastboot command: fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk name of recovery.img
Then download
https://openkirin.net/download/
Fastboot command: fastboot flash system name of image.img
Los or RR rom and flash via fastboot (no need to wipe anything) then reboot to recovery do factory reset. You will have oreo 8.1 with gapps ,full signal bars, face unlock and stock camera.
If you are experiencing no sound its not gsi problem you didn't flashed stock completely so first flash this twrp recovery (only if you are in oreo not for emui5)
https://mega.nz/#!a81EDZAR!2-9yPFh3reghkGcfSl3nRIJhHGkP8fqDsgUG66ewjkk
Then flash stock emui 8 via huru
https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-9/development/tool-flash-official-firmware-recovery-t3769279
If huru only flased update.zip and gave you error no update_full_hw.zip and no update_data_full_public.zip not found in sd card then you need to rename them and flash again without wiping anything.
If stock emui 8 taking more than 5 minutes to boot then flash stock recovery mentioned above and do factory reset then it will boot with in 5 minutes.
If you don't have network or imei then you need to root. Then use any root explorer then go to cust/cn/all/localprop and change the line ro_config full network support=ture to false then reboot your network and imei will come back. You can do this in stock or in gsi.
RR ROM has great battery life with tons of customizations.
For emui8 flashing instructions, root and sound mod follow these instructions

Gsi means generic system image. In oreo custom roms will be available in system image formate we don't need twrp to flash custom roms just flash it via fastboot and factory reset.
Gsi roms will give you latest android os updates same as pixel devices getting so we don't need to wait for hauwei to release updates. If android p releases these gsi roms will give u update same as google devices getting. Oreo is game changer for every device.
If u want to flash gsi rom follow the emui8 upgrade method
https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-6x/how-to/guide-update-to-emui-8-t3807806
Then follow instructions on openkirin support section.

Because you can't perform factory reset from twrp it can't do it correctly finally you will ended up in bootloop. You can flashctwrp right after doing factory reset but openkirin doesn't support twrp.

True. Flash the latest stock firmware and boot all the way to setup. This way all partitions will be correctly mounted. Then flash TWRP followed by the ROM and GApps

I have an hiaeul phone, and i found an error in the update-script file. It attempts to mount a directory that does not exist. To correct, open the file and replace all occurrences of "/dev/block/platform/soc.0/7824900.sdhci/by-name/system" with "/dev/block/platform/7824900.sdhci/by-name/system".
