HTC One A9 FRP Lock remove???

I got this htc device with frp lock. Well for samsung it not so big deal with, but with this one i just don't know how to bypass it. Can you suggest something? Are there any ways to get rid of it without s-off?
You can't rid of it ever unless you login with the userid/password on the phone, then remove the account from the phone, which will then remove the phone ID with the user email so it can then be setup with another google account.
Sounds like someone bought a lost/stolen phone.... :crying: if its the case, even if you bypass the FRP the IMEI# is probably blacklisted now.
im in the same exact situation!ive been searching and searching for a solution. I have s-on and it has already been factory reset and is at the beginning of the setup wizard. the otg method or possibly root junkys other method that doesn't require an otg cable and you unplug your modem/cut the internet connection? please if you can help me I'm willing to try all ideas. if I can somehow enable usb debugging wont that solve all issues because then I will be able to get deeper into the phone> ? sorry for lightweight taking your thread but I'm pretty sure we are in the exact same situation. oh and mine is for at&t if that makes a difference.
FRP mode only can bypass via ADB shell, Download Mode or Bootloader

can not unlock frp or unlock bootloader

I have read some articles here and there like this one for example http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/general/guide-how-to-unlock-frp-free-t3388810 it advices to enable oem unlock to get rid of frp lock, but after many trials I can say unfortunately there is no relation between oem unlock option and the frp lock http://gadgetguideonline.com/androi...ollipop-5-1-when-you-do-a-factory-data-reset/
The problem is I don't know the solution so I hoped some of the developers out there can help us because it is really hard to find info for the huawei smartphones online.
I have an L-29c185 I was able to unlock the bootloader and root the phone on emui 4.0 and I installed kangvip slim and used it until update b353 (13-7) then I flashed the original firmware L-29c185b320 zip file in twrp and flashed it again using dload method until the logo of "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" has disappeared. The problem is that I can not unlock the bootloader again, frp is always locked although I entered the same google account with the same password nothing had changed .
The phone is working good I only want to root it, I removed the google account and factory reset the phone many times with no help the frp is always locked.
Did you find a solution? I have exactly the same problem.
Search for no fuss and give it a try

Flashing AT&T Note 8 with Unlocked Firmware to send to China

Hello,
I want to give my AT&T Note 8 to a relative in China. My phone is already carrier unlocked (purchased an unlock code). Is it possible to flash my AT&T Note 8 with the factory unlocked version firmware before I give the phone to my relative? Is there a better way to do this?
Will the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) be activated and kill the whole process if I tried to set the phone up in China? (Google is blocked in China) If I use Odin to flash, will it completely reset the phone so that the FRP won't be activated?
Many thanks you for your help.

As long as you remove Google and Samsung accounts before flashing, flash unlocked firmware with Prince Comsy's Odin

By the way, is there a way to remove the FRP using Odin or other tools? I have a Note Edge given to a relative in China, and it was reset without removing the accounts first and also not realizing at the time that the blocking of Google affected the set up of the phone. And now it just constantly wants to reset... man... If I can get rid of that issue, then I won't be needing to give my Note 8 away...

FRP bypass is something not allowed in XDA...but if you Google FRP bypass and the device name as well as factory binary...You may find your answer....

My issue is complicated by the fact that Google is blocked in China... so, if this process needs ANY access to Google, then I am SOL. I just found a software that might work directly. Thanks for your help.

Help with DC pheonix!!

So here's my condition- (FRD-L02C675)
no google services and huawei apps
bootloader-locked
FRP-locked
dload-doens't works(idk why)
factory reset by any method does nothing
OEM unlock- Greyed out
Can't use DC unlocker because can't access the "projectmenu" through dialler hence can't enable manufacturer mode
So I read that DC pheonix can "write firmware in fastboot with bootloader and FRP lock condition"
Can anyone Guide me as to what should I do? I am currently on EMUI 8 and want to downgrade to Android 6.0!

Read the guide in the DC-Unlocker site. it will be sort 3 different methods to unlock/flash firmware and recover your phone.
I used it three times to bring back my phone to life.

It says writing OEMinfo but L02 isn't in the list shown in DC unlocker. Where do I find OEMinfo file for my device? I can add it to DC pheonix then
