I wanna build AOSP for Honor 6X from source . Where can I get proprietary binaries of Honor 6X. I'm a beginner in ROM development & this is my first ROM.

The developers are waiting for EMUI 8 to drop out because it will likely bring treble support. This will make it way easier to make ROMs.
Dont compare SD devices with Kirin one. Is much harder to develop a rom for Kirin. So if you want custom roms, go for SD

he want to unlock bootloader and install a open source besed custom rom with android 9+
for bootloader unlocking,can he use dc-unlocker or exist a free method?
and please give a guide for find and install custom rom on her phone

You can use dc-unlocker or use PotatoNV (FOSS) (Your device may not be supported)
