If you have custom recovery installed on your phone then backup boot partition on your external SD card. I recommend full nandroid backup before making any changes in your phone.

Question
1 This must be done before flashing the rom, not after.
2 Yes, it will restore to the original backup you made.
3 The rom is rooted, almost all developer roms are pre rooted.
4 A nandroid backup will back up a exact copy of you tablet, if you have large photos you may run out of room and have to delete some.
5 Personally have not flashed this particular rom her.
Hope this helps you,

I guess you might have deleted some other important files along with those pre-installed apps which is causing bootloop or not starting at all. So taking backup at this state is useless. Only reflashing a fresh stock ROM is good for getting it revived.

Alternative Option:No Noob [email protected]
Push the apps which you deleted back to their positions,
Via adb commanda to their location,
Hit Hit THANKS!!! If And Only If I Helped You
Reflash with stock rom.
I guess thats the only way to recover from boot loop.
Why don't you try custom ROM instead? Way better than stock ROM. If you don't want custom ROMs, I would suggest a clean install of stock ROM, don't attempt to modify.

Does a Nadroid backup grab the current Kernel?

I want to make a current nadroid backup of my Stock ROM with the default kernel. If I flash a ROM and choose a custom kernel, then go back to my nadroid backup, will the default kernel be restore?
So basically does a nadroid backup grab the kernel?
Thanks!

Yes, I believe it will grab the kernel and all of the boot partition. Just make sure you have selected to backup the boot partition and you restore it as well.

I have had this problem also, as far as i am aware you can only recover the stock rom by flashing the stock recovery with "Multi tool" and then fresh installing the stock rom using the update.app in dload folder method. Correct me if im wrong as i also would like to be able to back up my B390 rom on my L04.

Ya....you can easily backup & restore Boot.img(Kernel) from TWRP.
Have look it up....
When you are trying kernels which are not supported for your device you will be bricked .Then to unbrick your device just restore stock kernel ...no need to flash stock rom.
