*NOTE: This is not the official thread for Emotion kernel. I'm merely an avid Android tweaker, found this kernel for N910T (T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4) and couldn't locate the official thread. If I overlooked such a thread, forgive this dupe.

Not yet. I don't really update kernels when I'm doing good with what I have,

Anyone else having issue with the saving of a "Profile" w/ the included and recommended "Synapse app" that comes with this Kernel?
I have had different errors, yet same results per each release on the (910T) Note 4 on r14, r15, and now r16...
So since this thread is here in T-Mobile forum discussing and I'm not getting much of an answer in it's original thread due to so many different variants/released versions, thought I would throw that question out here :fingers-crossed:

Working good for me... tmo note 4.

*Note: I discovered the error with inability to save "profiles" w/ this kernel & Synapse was due to the app "FolderMount" which modifies a /system level file :sdcard.
After some research and rolling back to original said file & uninstall of "FolderMount" app, all is well.
Just wanted to report so if anyone else runs into mentioned issue 2 posts back.. :good:

That wasn't Kernel problem. Tethering was broken in CM build itself. I think they have fixed in latest build.

Try for Franken ROM before Bootleggers...
The Franken is also one of the best ROM I've used... But due to some battery issues I've changed to other ROM...
So, please request you to try it on Franken ROM first

Electron is a governor based on interactive from the latest MSM8994 CAF branch with more upstream improvements, powersave bias, screen off max frequency, and some other tweaks to improve battery life without hindering performance.
Ryan added this as commit msg for clarity "Basicly this from interactive CAF with aditional tunables and tweaks. such as: - Remove boost functional - Limit max frequency when screen off. - Using relation cpu frequency Current (C) (Low power as possible). - additional down load tunable. "

Yes, you can use this kernel in that rom.
Use performance as cpu & gpu governor, set deadline as I/O scheduler.
If you use msm-adreno-tz gpu governor, then also set gpu boost accordingly.

What about fast charging ?

@CATUVA21, I tested during one hour or so, and everything was working perfect...
Then I received a call but the display was different as usual, looks like that I'm doing a call for an "unknown" number, not receiving one as expected. So the issue is that I cannot place or receive calls.

Huawei modified the modem partition, there is already a magisk module that corrects the error:laugh::laugh:

Hi. Tried the kernel on my p20 lite but when opening spectrum it says not supported. The screenshots seem to indicate it is. Am I doing something wrong?

Overclock the CPU
Is it possibile with this Custom kernel to overclock GPU and CPU? Because i've tried to do it with Kernel Adiutor but it didn't change much the performance. Spectrum app didn't chance performance, too.

IMO this kernel doesn't let you overclock, only lets you toggle cores and change governors.

Spectrum injector is for the old GSIs, nowdays not really necessary. Perfboost fw config is EAS compatible config for the perfboost fw.

Huaxing should work.

In the 2.6 version, this is not a problem, but other current kernels are still going black screen issue

what do you recommend as cpu gov. for 3giga ram whyred varient for optimum battery and performence without overclocking

works on miui?

different thing. undervokt is voltage of cpu lowered so it consumes less power.. if too low it will reboot or freeze phone . if so flash the zip that says non UV

Man you should've made non uv zip long time ago. I was having bootloop on your kernel since v2.0. If you would have made non uv verison back then. We would not have bootlooo problem. Everything is working perfectly now. No reboots.
One request can you make a ramdisk zip for setting schedutil governer as default like in insigniux where flashing it will make schedutil default cpu governor

I recommend non uv as uv one was causing bootloop
