There are two file with the same name 'xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote4_V8.2.2.0.MBFCNDL_v8-6.0.zip'.
I think they have written the first one name wrong that is for note 4x not 4, may be, as I have not tested it.

afaik stable release for redmi note 4x has been delayed.

All Xiaomi.eu ROMs are based on official china ROMs.
Xiaomi didn't release a china stable ROM for mido yet, so there's no xiaomi.eu stable build.

flash it like any other rom .....
just wipe data and cache, then flash the zip and reboot.

xiaomi.eu roms are based on china developer/beta rom with 26 languages translation added...
they keep updating roms as official weekly arrives.

Update will be through OTA or i have to flash it manually

I successfully installed AOSP Oreo 8.1 system image on whyred, thanks to treble. It successfully booted and all the things are working fine till now. Here is the screenshot of the device info:

Steps to do the same:
1)Unlock Bootloader!
2) Flash Miui 9 China 8.1 Fastboot Rom from the link below(instructions available on Miui website):

3) Boot and setup the rom just to make sure.
4) Now, download the AOSP Oreo 8.1 system.img, from the link below. You have 2 options, either download the img with gapps and su included or without them, your choice. I went for option a). (Thanks to @phhusson for the system imgs)
a) system.img for A-only ARM64 devices with GApps and SU:

5) Replace the system.img in the fastboot rom downloaded in step 2 with the system.img downloaded in step 4. Now, flash the rom as you did in step 2.
6) Your phone will automatically reboot after successful flashing.
7) Enjoy AOSP Oreo 8.1 :highfive:

Bugs:
1) Screen doesn't wake up using power button after devices sleeps.
Solution: Turn off 'Jump to Camera' from gestures settings.
2) Lowest brightness setting is not low enough.
3) No voice in-call

See the bugs in the first post and decide for yourself.
IMO, it is not stable.
Screenshots aren't required I guess, its just plain old AOSP 8.1

No. Actually Whyred is my primary device and I m quite busy at work. It should but IMO though as it is based on phh-treble.

Hi @harshs91, since the Oreo based ROM is available for Indian version as well, do you have any plans of flashing it and then trying GSI image? Maybe that can resolve camera and other related issues?

Have u tried installing google camera hdr+ apk? Does it solves the buggy camera issue?

S actually with the leaked Oreo beta Google camera works without any issues front and back...

I'm using Adil's "Happy New year" OnePlus 6 10.3 rom and it's bug free. I don't know why you think Android 10 has problems. I'm not having any.

..no..no....no need to wipe internal storage...but if you can then do...but before doing that make sure backup you all important data from stroage...

Last 2 days I got home from work 10 hour days battery was at 79% first day 88% today
I mostly stream audio books or music all day, some web browsing, no gaming

It's already good enough for how I use the phone.
note: I also have a OnePlus 6T and I can tell you I can switch between devices and never tell the difference.
The Gcam for the actual 6T is a little better
But the SDCARD support (256gb) in the POCO keeps me switching back and forth

I'm a gaming freak who does hours of gaming. I've tried almost every custom rom out there. After trying them all I've come to this conclusion.
1) Ion OS = stable gaming, excellent battery life.
2- Amogs OxygenOS (the build in this post) - pubg is very smooth but you will struggle hard to get that chicken dinner because there is something wrong with this rom that ruins the sensitivity in PUBG. Swipes and Joystick feel hard to drag.
HNY OxygenOS 10.3 - Its the winner. I've not encountered any battery issue or bugs. There's an issue of volume being too low that can be fixed with a patch.
Everyone who wants an excellent blend of performance and battery go for HNY OxygenOS 10.3.

MIUI 12 PORTING ROM FOR MI 10 LITE 5G [Monet]

Hello Everyone,
i tried to port Miui 12 to Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5g ("monet"). In order to do that i flashed the recovery.img of Xiaomi mi 10 lite zoom and installed it's miui 12 succesfully. Between the 2 devices the differences are minimal and them seems to be limited just to the camera. However it works and camera2api are enable so the stock camera wouldn't work but gcam.apk will. Want to share with you some screens but seems xda wont load it cause it's my first post.. You know,policy.... :

Of course, but i created nothing special , i just installed the rom created for mi 10 lite zoom... However i'm working on camera fix , so you can try to install miui and recovery urself and later i will post the magisk module to make the stock camera work(i hope)

Hello! But let me get this straight... You used this system to install the official miui 12 on the Mi 10 Lite 5g Monet, and you used the Mi 10 Lite zoom Vangogh version. I wonder: this because the Miui 12 Monet was not available to download? Easier to install with Miflash... I have seen it for a long time on the site, in fact I downloaded it and installed it on my device. You gave me an idea instead to have the miui eu on my phone ! I also try this system, I will try to flash or the 11 or the 12 Mi 10 Lite zoom, they are both available. Thank you for the tip!!

The roms are actually slightly dif but kernels r the same move the camera libs over to the zoom rom.
