90% of times I type 't' in clash of clans, the screen flashes and the keyboard stops working. The text box AND THE SUGGESTIONS BAR above the keyboard disappear. The keyboard remains visible and I get haptic feedback when pressing the keys but nothing gets typed (text box is no more there to type in). I have tried Google keyboard and SwiftKey keyboard but the same result. I think the combination of coc and suggestions are somehow causing this. Can anyone test this on their op6? Anyone knows why is this happening or how to fix it?

It works for a while after a softreset, then the buttons stops function (they animate, but don't open program, flip page, etc. only some buttons work), scrolling and swiping left right also stops working. Anyone else experiencing same problem?

Know how to solve?
Sometimes, I encounter this phenomena:
I can tap the keyboard and it is functioning (I get feedback vibration and sound) but nothing is being entered to the field of the application.
I tried a few types of keyboards and it happen on all, and in all applications.
A restart solve the problem until next time.
Can someone help?
I have HTC Legend (2.1).
Is there a way to stop the virtual keyboard from popping up on screen when it is in the keyboard dock, also is there a way to stop the text I am writing into the stock browser from dissapearing under the full screen keyboard when typing?
Thanks
I couldn't find a way, but I got round it by clicking the v on the bottom menu (Next to home) which closes the onscreen keyboard down. Its a bit of a faff tbh. But at least you can get to type on fullscreen. To see what you're typing, just use the arrow keys/the text tag and scroll down.
Has anyone found a solution to this problem? It is so annoying. Everytime i touch the screen to edit, the virtual keyboard pops up. I use the up/down keyboard Key, below the Enter Key on the virtual keyboard to minimize the virtual keyboard. I have cheked the settings and there is no option to disable the virtual keyboard. Any suggestions anyone?
I don't have a dock but use a bluetooth keyboard from time to time. To avoid the same problem I have installed null keyboard from Google Play store which works well for me.
Works brilliantly thanks just what i was after. I've got the note docked and the keyboard hasn't appeared on screen once while typing this. Only thing i had to do was set it to the default keyboard first in the settings under input.
Hi,
recently my onscreen keyboard has been playing up (only in portrait mode),
Every so often the delete key seems to lock up and become unresponsive for a couple seconds, and the long press stops working.
The keyboard works fine in landscape and i have no other touch issues in games etc.
The keyboard is the default HTC one
Anybody experienced a similar problem, any solution?
Anyone have an issue where the Samsung keyboard will stop responding to SwiftFlow, also known as "swiping"?
For example, sometimes when I want to input text, the Samsung keyboard appears, but instead of being able to swipe through letters, It will only detect "tapping" or the first letter I touch.
The simple fix is to hit the "back" button on the phone which will close the keyboard, then bring the keyboard back and SwiftFlow/Swyping will work again. The problem is I seem to be running into this a few times a day during heavy use, so it's obviously annoying when it happens.
