I had rooted the mobile I got an ota update once. I clicked on update but the update failed. I unroot the mobile and relocked the bootloader. But still the update is failing.
I tried once. The folder created in the sdcard dload kept the file in update and tried it also failed.
Please Help me.

It should give you an option to update the binaries, choose the TWRP option and it will boot into TWRP and automatically run the update script for you and reboot the phone.

How do I flash the Nougat 7.0 firmware? I tried putting the phone into download mode and used Odin, but received an error message.

I think you have too old odin. Then it give errors. Use the most new odin.
