Go in the /res/anim folder and look for the transition xmls, then just edit it by changing speed. Find the pressed/focused pngs in /res/drawable folder, edit it with Photoshop or whatever and make it invisible.

Please share the moded launcher if it works for you.
will try tonight
Edit: well, in anim folder are these xml files:
all_apps_2d_fade_in
all_apps_2d_fade_out
fade_in_fast
fade_out_slow
fade_in_fast
fade_out_slow
can't find transition.xml in res folder. Btw I think that "all_apps_2d_fade_in" and "all_apps_2d_fade_out" are animations for entering/exiting app drawer but when I change animation speed in them app crashes
p.s. This is very stable and simple launcher, so that is why reason I'm doing this. But it's obese, maybe it will be lighter if I remove wallpapers...

[Q] Hexa icons

Hello guys,
Monday i received mine Oneplus One and it is a true flagship killer. But i am not happy with the default icon pack, Don't get me wrong. I love it but, just a few apps get changed.
Now i am a designer and i would love to change the icons. But how can i change the .png of the app in the app drawer?
I have googl'd enough but i don't understand that, it is like abracadabra to me. Does someone have a really useful tut for me?
I don't want to create a new icon pack, i just want to expand the default one.
Greetz,
MrC

Sent from my Che2-L11 using XDA-Developers mobile app
I've wanted to add it but I'm new here and can't add links to posts
Thank you for adding it
Nice app! But why it is 95MB big? This is the biggest app size i have ever seen.
BTW: Tried to use it but the "smart cover view" doesn't fit. I can see my smart cover picture, but after installing it isn’t visible at the design app.
Very good indeed!! Are we going to have any update? I was wondering if we could change the contacts and calls style. Thanks in advance!
Thanks for your hardwork! But I can't install it! Everything seems fine, and when it started to install, the installer just disappeared! Nothing happens!

because all possible graphics are coming with it
btw.:
Tried to use it on a old Samsung N7000. No problem! It is possible to use it on an other device, but you have to create folder "HWThemes" on internal sd to be able to save your work. But than you are of curse not able to test your themes.
And: The app doesn’t work if you are not connected to internet! (necessary for advertising only!)
I've installed the Theme Editor, and I'd like to know where I can find different sets of icons for the navigation panel (Back/Home etc.). Do I need to download a whole set of themes to find nav-panel icons to import?
Thanks in advance for your help!
I've been playing with the theme editor for some time and it works quite fine on my P10. The only thing is that some icons do not resize wel if I make them smaller. E.g. the Gmail and Camera icons' height is too big compared to their width. Any solution would be appreciated.
Installed and played a bit this evening and now I am stuck in a bit of a rainbow mess unable to install or customise a theme from the Huawei theme app.
Plz help
Hi

I am from iran and my phone in huawei p10 lite (was-lx1a)
Plz help me sir
This app is a great time saver.
One thing Idon’t get yet. What is the definiton of a icon pack? Is it a zip file with a different extention?
How do you make / get an icon pack?
I ask this because when I try to change app icons there is a dropdown list to choose an icon pack. But the dropdown list is empty.
Inside a theme file you have a zip file called “icons” with the extention removed.
If the theme file is also considered to be the icon pack I would expect all downloaded themes in the dropdown list.

Best theme for nonrooted users?(original launcher)

Hey guys!
I wanna ask advice cause im out of inspiration or rather gave up...
Currently the most "normal" theme I found is "blak ui" in the samsung themes, with that the lockscreen clock is normal [(not that retard ones like top hours bellow minutes) well if I set a different wallpaper as lockscreen it changes back to retard one ]
It all would be good, but no since there are a lot of icons, are not included in icon packs (on samsung themes) idk about you guys but, I either want a square icons or rounded ones when mix its annoy me...
Oh, and maybe cause im stupid, but I dont want to use Nova or any launcher (since my old memories from >2014 made me hate launchers) and i also love the orignal launcher...
You guys have some theme or any solution for my problem? (i saw you can make themes with samsung theme maker but u need to be a developer and I dont think they make everyone to developer)
Thanks for answers, and sorry for my grammar, one day ill learn
ps: would like something like this
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/Ia0uJsycZRU/maxresdefault.jpg
square/dark ones
ps2: Also wondering in android there arent function liks "date and clock icons are changeing ? eg date icon would show the current date etc)

Question How to change Lockscreen/AOD clock font only in OneUI 4.1

I like using the Default (Roboto) font but the Samsung font used for the Lockscreen and AOD clock is ugly and has inconsistent spacing. Changing the system font to any other option changes the clock style. When I use a font installer to install Roboto, it does change the clock, but creates an issue where font weight and spacing are incorrect in many apps. Yes, I also tried a variable font version as well. I realize that Samsung is likely using multiple font files to create Default and the font installer is limited. I also tried GoodLock with Clock Face but almost all centered options use the ugly Samsung font too.
Does anyone know how to change just the Lockscreen and AOD clock fonts? Back in the day, someone was able to modify Good Lock to give extra options but I'm hoping there is a simpler solution. Thanks in advance.
Hello. I have the exact same thoughts about the default One UI lockscreen font. Could you please share a bit more details on the Good Lock extra options?
Btw, I did try to install the system font with the Roboto TTF file like you mentioned in the OP and the lock screen looks much better now. I do get your point about "issue where font weight and spacing are incorrect in many apps", but fortunately for me, WhatsApp is the only app where I see this. And it does not look all that bad. So I believe I'm going to stick to this way.
Here's how:
Download 'SetEdit (Settings Database Edit)' from Google Play Store.
Open and find 'theme_font_clock' row, then tap it.
Tap 'Edit Value' and input with your font path addreses (*example: /storage/emulated/0/My Fonts/DS-DIGIB.TTF).
Tap 'Save Changes' and you're done!
Take a look!
*supports .ttf and .otf formats
works without root
Found it on reddit

Confirmed, does NOT work in OneUI 5.0. Was excited too.
I hope there will be another way...
