First, we will look at setting up Python IDLE and Turtle Graphics and some basic things we can do using the graphics library. Next, you will get hands-on experience using programming to create a simple graphics creation program. Finally, you will learn basic game development using Turtle Graphics and will understand how we can capture user input and construct game logic in Python.
<Mod Edit>
This is not development in any way.

Hello, my name is Reginald Robinson from Baltimore, Maryland. Recently, I started developing a 2D horror game for the Android phone. However, I need a programer to help bring this unique game to life. The concept of this project is similar to a video game called "Fatal Frame". The majority of the game is finished, but we need a programer to put all the pieces together (if the programer can do some 3D that would be great too). What we have the following components finished:
1. Music
2. Sound Effects
3. The 2D Imagery
4. All the levels are done (13 levels all together with 2 demo levels)
5. HUD/Title Screen/Menu/ Stage Select Interface
To give you a better idea of how the game works, I have artwork, a tutorial and a quick playable demo of the game. We will share this with anyone who may interested in joining the team to put this game together.
Please note that this is an independent project and I do not have the funds to pay anyone up front. However, if this game is developed, a portion of any money made from purchases will go towards your programming fee/services.
I didn't know xda was craigslist, lol.
how can i start learning android 2d game development? i have some experience in android programming. I can easily create 3d games using unity3d engine, as it is mainly GUI based and very less code has to be written. Is there any similar GUI based 2d game designer, with good tutorials? I started with AndEngine, but it does not have a level designer like Unity3d have, and there is also no proper tutorials for it.
HI I'm a beginner for android game development.
I want to make a online multi-player physics based game in 3D. Currently I only know that the graphics should be design in unity or blender, later the graphics should be integrated within the program with the help of libgdx like tools that is game engine.
I don't know how to do all the all the stuff also can i design the same android game using blender game engine if yes then how?
Please provide proper guidance and step by step information thanks in advance..
Hello friends,
For demonstration purposes I am looking for a basic football game in Android or JavaFX or some other engine. I am looking for a demonstration, where when the user hits specific places in the goal, the user wins points.
FOr this, I would have to modify the game a bit. I am a Java developer, so would prefer any game in that with source code.
Any help would be nice. As this is just for demo purposes, once the demo is resolved, we can work on it properly. Thank you.
Hello Everyone!
I hope you're all staying safe and healthy during this pandemic.
Background
I started working with Android app development as an intern for my university. Being in the final semester of my degree, and not having much to do other than projects I thought why not utilize this time to do something productive. That's when I started developing this game, Color Mania.
Details
Color Mania is a simple game developed using native components that rely on good reflexes, memory, concentration and focus. It consists of four sub games that are challenging and addictive. By playing, you might even end up improving your above mentioned skills . I would really appreciate it if you all could download the app, rate it and review it and also give me bug reports / feedback as to how it can be further improved.
Here's the link to the game on play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sneakytechie.colormania
I have attached a few screenshots as well.
Thank you.
Regards,
Aditya
