How do I access the “OEM unlocking”?china phone no Google Services Framework。

I don’t know password.
So, what should i do.
The password for developer mode is 7890xx. XX are for the actual hour. For an example when you try to unlock developer mode at 11.43 o'clock the password would be 789011.

Maybe, you need to check any security/ad blocker app that prevents this app from connecting ( AdGuard/AdAway ... etc ).
Try lowering/disabling your security privileges temporarily, and check how it goes ( Including app permissions ) .
