Hello ,
For the update to Android 8 Unofficial , you'll have to unlock your bootloader and flash TWRP , all this process will wipe your data , so don't do this after recording a wedding .
For the app supporting 4k video , you can try open camera (on the play store)
Install it then go to settings , then video settings and click on video resolution. Search for 4K (ir will be at the top)

Oneplus camera app has only the basic features and nothing more. Also I'm not a big fan of how the portrait mode (Bokeh) OnePlus does. And biggest of em all....The excessive shutter lag. MIUI camera ( GCam too ) have a more responsive shutter.
