I made a new ROM for GALAXY Core 2 but I can't test it myself because I don't own the device.
Anyone wanna test it please comment.
It was made using the Dual SIM version official firmware, but should work on single SIM version too.

As long as the rom doesn't have uncompatible kernel, the worst the rom could do is makibg your phone becomes bootloop
Simple thing to fix it, flash another rom or flash default firmware with odin

The SM-G3556D have a Snapdragon CPU
But...
The SM-G355H/D and other variants have a Spreadtrum chip.
That means I will have to completely rebase the ROM.
A testing version is almost uploaded (80%) anyways, but beware that it may simply fail to install (or refuse to boot) because it was not made for the Spreadtrum version.

Warnining:

Hi all,
I am seeking a way to add downloaded apps to Ultra Power Saving Mode. I thought it was not possible until I test the wonderful Noble Rom Note 5 Port made by @bulldog74ts (the first test version only seems to have this feature). This rom has allowed to add custom downloaded app such as Facebook Messenger...
The only way I found to add custom app is to install the first "test" rom, adding your custom app then install another rom on top of this one without wipe.
I guess there is another to add more apps in the UPSM.

I am guessing here , but maybe dev can chime in with recommendation. I would put it in /System/csc/ or /System/etc/ ??? As soon as I get ROM installed will do that, working on it now. You will need a root capable file manager, I use X-Plore file manager. I am not certain if you need to change permissions.
Anyone have any luck with the LTE Fix?? I put the features.xml file in \system\csc and rebooted but phone still says insert SIM.
Do I need to flash the previous Data Fix or anything like that??

Im using a N915T on (T-Mobile).
You need to flash the data fix first then delete the feature.xml and paste the my feature.xml fix for LTE

It is unstable and isn't representative of the final product, I always vow for a clean core and smooth operation, this violates my beliefs. This ROM was a leaked test build I entrusted to miguelr4720 and am disappointed to see it's release. I REPEAT; THIS IS NOT A RELEASE WORTHY TO BE CALLED ONE, IT WAS A TEST ONE THAT WAS MODIFIED WITH OLDER FILES IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET IT WORKING.

He only copied files from a test build of my rom that wasn't stable yet and placed it into an older version of Norma Rom.

You cand download a d install apk 1 by 1 or make a zip for flash or make your rom with this last apps.
Allmost all apps work fine on only 7.0.
Some developer waiting for note 8 maybe nougat 7.1.1 if i found aready 7.1.1 to port and all system why don.t share with us.
This 7.1.1 dont ha e to many news.just. new frame apps and firm update to 7.1.1.

I am a bit confused by the way you write, sorry.
So this is a port i am able to use on the S8 phone, i just have to install every app from APK's ?

you use stock rom?
you can do in 2 method. or change apk with root explorer sam source on system like apk un install or make a flashable zip and flash via twrp and then work fine:good:

You need root because samsung lock the user to use apps from other device differe t than official.just 3d app part you can use just download and install

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930F what is the best custom rom?
I want to use VoLTE with my 4G connection and use all sensors and hardware of my phone. What's the best rom available? The address book uses always google account so i can continue to save my contacts on google? photos are saved on google photos? or stay only in gallery?
I use "the galaxy project" ROM becouse looks very smooth and nice. This rom has 1 great option "edge backlight" And got every samsung apps , include camera app.
May be not the best, but based on the latest Android 11 update. LineageOS 18 from LineageOS 18 on Samsung Galaxy S7. I have not tested it yet, it is freshly installed without the Android 11 GApps
Updated Feb. 16, 2021: I replaced to the best LineageOS available for Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930F: alexndr's ROM.
If you want everything working, ALEXNDR is the best one:

For me Volte is wiorking when calling to mobile. But it's not working when i start calling to landline. In this case my partner can't hear me but i can hear him. So i deactivate volte for landline calls.
