stuck in a bootloop need help - HTC U11+ Questions & Answers

Dear community
Im currently experiencing a bootloop on my htc u11 plus and i tried to restore to the stock rom with the ruu file through download mode.
But the problem is that there is no downloadable ruu file that exactly matches my system specs. Ive tried similar ones but they didnt get identified in download mode so im pretty sure its because they dont match with my htc u11 plus model.
So my question is if someone with the same phone model could provide a stock ruu file for me to use.
The system specs are following ones:
kernel: lk
product: htc_ocmdugl
version: 1.0
max-download-size: 2399200000
serialno: FA7CB1E00681
slot-count: 0
current-slot:
imei: 359982081057008
version-main: 1.10.401.23
boot-mode: download
version-baseband: 8998-002772-1711021849
version-bootloader: 1.0.0.0000
mid: 2Q4D10000
cid: HTC__034
I want to add that especially my mid(2Q4D10000, on my package its 2Q4D100) doesnt match at all with the available downloads which mostly have 2Q4DIMG.
I would highly appreciate if someone could help me
Thank you in advance

Em there is a good user with the same phone and I believe he said he got JB so with a bit of luck he see this and tell what RUU you need but while you waiting the RUU needs to be 2.38 or higher and match your CID.
@Faultless
Did you solve your problem and how?
2.38 RUU

Sprint HTC One No IMEI, Unknown Baseband

So I have a Sprint HTC One A9 which I gave to a 'repairer' to unlock for GSM. Basically he failed to do it I ended up with a soft-bricked phone.
Thankfully device is S-off and bootloader unlocked. I have no idea what software version it was on before giving to him and I tried many RUUs and ROM flashes through TWRP which all caused bootloops. So far I have tried the 1.57 RUU/ROM, 1.10 RUU/ROM.
The only one that seemed to have allowed a full boot was 1.09 (2PQ9IMG) which I flashed through bootloader. Only problem is this also auto reboots after about 3 mins. There is also no information on IMEI, MEID or baseband so no cellular reception.
When I do 'fastboot oem getvar all' I do see IMEI and baseband like below.
(bootloader) kernel: lk
(bootloader) product: htc_hiaewhl
(bootloader) version: 1.0
(bootloader) imei: 99000XXXXXXXXX
(bootloader) version-main: 1.09.651.1
(bootloader) boot-mode: download
(bootloader) version-baseband: [email protected]
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.0.0.0000
(bootloader) mid: 2PQ930000
(bootloader) cid: 11111111
Someone please help me to restore phone to full working condition.

Flash the latest RUU, and then try flashing the radio separately.

Forgive the question but you mean the radio from the ruu? And where can I find that?

Problem with installing RUU. Error number 19.
I would be happy for every Help....
[EDIT: SIM-Provider is 1&1]
You're trying to flash the wrong firmware. You need to flash the full stock ruu .zip of the same version firmware 2.33.401.x from the external sdcard.
I don't know if an RUU exists.
I have the right one (at least that's the same version of the one listed in bootloader) from the spreadsheet. For the DUGL. But this time it says
Error14
From which spreadsheet? What's the file name?.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=72425204&postcount=2
Number 35 at Firmware
I believe from your mid you have the dual sim version?.
Yes that's right
Number 51. https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=673956719939818418
Make a note of the md5 on the download page and check it whenever the file finishes downloading.
Use external sd card method.
As far as I can tell that should be the official firmware in full.
now I have the original rom again.but LTE is still not working :/
Are you sure?. Can you get 4g or 4g+?
It works now . My provider blocked the LTE because of an error in their system...i got 70gb not 7gb for that I payed... That's kinda embarrassing
But thank you for all your help now I know which ruu I have to download if some error happen again
