FIRST OFF ALL I DON'T KNOW ITS ANY RULE BREAK OF XDA OR ANYTHING BUT THE PAST THREAD WANS'T UPDATED SINCE LONG TIME SO I CREATED THIS THREAD TO SHARE THE LATEST VERSION OF MIUI 8
THE PREVIOUS THREAD WAS BY SHIVDROID I ALSO GIVE CREDIT TO HIM.
I JUST SHARED THIS ROM FROM THE MIUI RUSSIA SITE I AM NOT A DEVELOPER NOT A MODIFIER ALL CREDIT GOES TO THEM. ALL CREDIT GOES TO MIUI RUSSIA TEAM AND GOODDEATH.
THE VERSION OF ROM IS 6.10.20 AND WAS UPDATED ON 24/10/2016.

HOW TO FLASH
1. U SHOULD BE ON LOLLIPOP OR MARSHMALLOW ROM.
2. GO TO TWRP CLEAR ALL THE DATA SYSTEM CACHE AND DALVIK CACHE.
3. GO TO INSTALL AND FIND ROM PACKAGE AND FLASH THAT.
In first trial it may give error then you have to flash the rom again without wiping anything.
i am not responsible for any damaged devices, bricked phones or dead sdcards.

MiUi Update came on 24 Oct. Because of Some issues/problems I can't update it instantly.
But I am still alive and I will update it in future also.
Many people directly get notifications in MiUi rom to update to new version. So they don't always watch my thread for updates.

First of all, thank you for the help you give in this forum.
My problem is that I can not install any rom or hwota, I can only install elite that is where I am now, can you pass me some link of some official rom to install with TWRP? I have a bln-l21. Thank you very much
You can use elite rom to go back to stock ROM using firmware finder app from playstore and sending the Full OTA firmware from FF to your updater app.
Before doing that edit your build.prop and set build number 1 less from the one you're gonna send to your updater app.
