Rom you are using, if you flashed the GAPPS wich version you flashed?
I also have the same issue. Model LEX820 MoKee MK71.2-le_x2-180418-RELASE

Hello everybody.
I installed Resurrection Remix 4.4.2 at beginning of the year and everything was ok. In may it started to appear the message " Services Google Pay app shut down" without reason.
I thought it was just for few days, waiting for an app update or something like this but since it continues.
I tried to install another ROM but without success (cause of gapps...) so I installed back RR and the problem is still here.
Can someone help me please ? I can't access to map because localisation doesn't work...and it is very very very VERY IRRITATING !!!!

I have just installed a new ROM (Nougat for Samsung Galaxy s4) but I'm 100% it doesn't have to do with this because I factory reset it first and turned it on before installing the new ROM. Then the issue started happening where every time I wanted to use anything in relation with Google it crashes because Google Play Services has stopped working. I thought it wouldn't be a problem after I installed my new ROM. The new ROM is flashed perfectly but I can't set up anything because my Google Play Services is still crashing whenever I want to set up a Google Acc.
Please help me, I've looked through every forum topic.

Please help because without acces to any google services my device is pretty much rendered useless!

The stuff on needrom (version 1.0.5) is the latest/newest/best available ROM atm. Unfortunately, google play services still gives error 501 when trying to update. manually updating it to version 11.0.62 gives an almost 100% working system, only AVG is refusing to work (needs an even newer version of google).
Rooting seems possible but complicated. I am also hoping/wating on a fixed/rooted rom...
The System.img of all the ROMs for V10 pro , I've downloaded so far are corrupt.
Has anyone successfully been able to flash this firmware to their devices so far??

my issue started with the same Facebook error libraries: libheartbleed.so: unauthorized access to libssl.so
as tried by everyone i ended up rectifying it.
strange thing i am experiencing with playstore only on this phone (as i use the same google account on other phone like Mi and LG no issues)

Both the apps does not come in the search when tried on play store.
there are other third party apps listed but not the real once.

I suspect the problem is that the kernel version 3.4.x is getting old and not supported by some apps today
I'm still trying to figure out if its possible to install something newer than 3.4 on the oneplus one. Maybe someone can answer that question?
Most of the kernals available for download don't even state their version so I'm starting to think only 3.4.x is compatible with oneplus one regardless of ROM?

I opted the other option to install the apk instead, but still unable to find few apps like linked in , can you check if that is resolved too.
now a days i am running into another over LTE calls are not working properly no outgoing/incoming
Seems like days are over time to move on to a better option

Currently I'm running on Lineage os on my Op7. I would like to install micorg and don't want google play services anymore. I have tried many methods but failed. Pls let me know if you find a way to install microg on android 10.

Did you try this ROM? Just confirming it's not the Pro model? I found that installing the Microg infused LOS ROM's make life easier.
