This is the bootloader unlock warning screen from what I can make out from the horrible quality of this image.
Describe what the device is actually doing, this isn't enough to work from and/or troubleshoot the issue further.
In theory it shouldn't be a hardware issue, you could probably just flash the factory image via fastboot and it should work fine given the hardware isn't damaged but we have no knowledge of whether it's the hardware or software which is at fault.

can you give me more information please? Was this caused by something you did, or was the device this way when you bought it?

Something just doesn't sit right about this whole thing. No one that we (the assist team) have spoken to has ever seen that before. Where did you get this firmware? It can't possibly be official ?

Can't unlock my N5

I Did everything same as tutorial, when i finish the unlock bootloader screen show it's unlocked but when i do the fastboot reboot appears "lock state - locked" i have tryed many times, i confirm the unlock, i do the fastboot reboot, i wait 5 minutes but still don't work, and my nexus are bricked so i need to unlock for flash de stock firmware HELP MEEEE
Sorry for my english is not the best...
Best Regards.
If the bootloader relocks itself when rebooted, the emmc chip is defective and can only be fixed via motherboard change.

thank u
About de motherboard change, Its cheap? WORTH IT ?
I recommend looking for a used nexus 5 with a damaged screen and working motherboard in your area. This should be cheaper than buying a new motherboard or used motherboard from a retailer or eBay.
Just for have sure, i get this error when i try wipe something in recovery mode, this is problem of motherboard or just in memory or some part or loose cable? because this phone fell to the ground and is with the cracked screen
Again sorry for my horrible english!

If the bootloader keeps relocking, I am 99% sure that the motherboard needs replacement. I have two motherboards sitting in my drawer that always relock the bootloader when I reboot.

Your for sure lying because if your would have flash the full ROM all your data would be gone and after a reboot you had to insert your data in the phone again.
its not software problem .. here is the way to fix

Finger print opition is hidden from security

I have a problem with my pixel 2
That no option for use finger print and it's completely hidden from sittings
I don't know if it a hardware problem or software
Any help please
This happened to my lg G6 too. I'll keep an eye on this thread...
So you don't even see the option for fingerprint? See my screen shot.
Have you tried using the factory image for your current security update to see if it's a software issue?

A little more info on your setup would be helpful. Are you bl unlocked, rooted etc.

I think all you can do at this point is request a replacement. I remember on the 5X I was able to go in and clear cache in recovery but I think they took that option away on the Pixel /2. Good luck, I hope you get a good one.

Broken manufacturer logo

Hello, somehow I can't post in the Q + A forum so I'll try my luck here
I bought a broken GT-N8020 a few years ago (bricked / stuck on boot). I made several attempts to get the device working again, one of which replaced the manufacturer's logo with a white static screen. Since I didn't know if I could save the device at all, I ignored it at the time and tried other fixes.
I now have a lineage rom running on the device, but the first screen after switching on. (should be "Samsung") is still white. After a few seconds it switches to the normal lineage boot animation and starts normally.
Can someone tell me what file I destroyed back then and how I can get the screen back to the manufacturer's logo?

I think the file is Param.bin Its part of the Bootloader .
Bootloader can be flashed separate through Odin if you can find one ,
Search forum .
Moved the thread to Q&A.

This remembers me on broken eMMC , have seen this screen hundred times.
But at first, try to flash BL from a 4 part firmware.
Flashing the Bootloader fixed it.
Thanks!
