It would help to know what phone you have. Most likely you'll need to downgrade the firmware to sim unlock it.

hi friends, need a help, oppo devices asking for pattern and frp can't be unlocked by oppo download tool, there are some paid services but its really costly ,if anyone having solution please let me know, thanks. oppo a83 ,a3s ,f5 and others all these models you cant be flash or unlock, so pls provide me a solution
