Samsung Gear S3 Wake-up Gesture & Time-out - Samsung Gear S3

Is there a third party app that allows you to use the wakeup gesture...*however*...adjust the screen time-out to more than 6 seconds when viewing the watch this way? .. Something other than Launch (I believe the only option for this is 30 min).
I believe this is well known - however, the screen time-out feature ONLY works when you turn on the watch in some other way than using the wake-up feature. If, say, you turn the bezel or hit the button to turn it on, then the screen time-out setting will be used (as whatever you set it to). However, I have no found a way to adjust the time-out when the watch is turned on via raising your wrist (aka Wake-up Gesture enabled).
Thanks, in advance,
Rob

[Q] How to disable screen dimming during navigation

Okay so I discovered that Auto brightness in CM7 is messed up so instead I am using manual brightness setting. So far so good, but when I use Google navigation, after a while the screen dims to lowest brightness and wont go back to my brightness till the navigation app speaks next instruction and then it dims again after a timeout.
Anyway to turn this annoying behaviour off?
Does changing the screen timeout setting help?
The one under Settings > Display > Screen Timeout is the setting I'm reffering to.
No, that only affects the screen turning off. It remains on, just dims to lowest brightness
Give this app a whirl. You can select an app and while in the app you selected (navigation/maps/whatever) the screen will never turn off. I don't think it will dim either.
You have to use navigation thru car home to prevent that.

[Q] Screen Timeout Toggle

Upgraded from ICS to Jellybean on my Samsung Galaxy S2 and notice the power setting widget is now gone.
What I really miss out of it was the Screen Timeout toggle whereby I could set the timing by toggling the time value.
I have checked the market to see what is available and so far I have found one that only turns timeout on/off and another is a shortcut to the Display Setting screen which I then have to select screen timeout then set which is too many steps.
Can any one suggest a good free widget?

Can you set up profiles for time of use?

Hello,
Is there a way of having a convenient method of turning off everything except heart rate detection, for sleep? So when you're off to sleep, just select 'sleep profile' (or whatever) and it turns all notifications off, turns off wifi, bluetooth, screen, wakeup gesture etc etc. Just to save battery and stuff.
Thanks!

Question The old problem of screen timeout from wrist twist!

There are many internet posts of whatever display timeout being set, that a very short display timeout occurs from a wrist twist gesture.
This is purely down to bad description of application of this gesture from Samsung.
The wrist twist gesture, is only to be used as a quick glance for the time, it it not to be used for full watch functionality. You need to push any other wake setup you have set for the set display timeout to work. Simple as that! Just a failure on their part to explain!
So, Your saying to toggle off the "Raise wrist to wake"?
But the watch does a full wake up?
