I'm writing to request yur help!!
I have flash my Vkworld S8 (Stock ROM 3.04) with SP Flash tool using option "Format all+downloading" to update it to clear Stock ROM 3.08 http://www.vkworld.cc/download/5a4f1bde442ba downloaded from official site.
After flash the touchscreen does not work anymore!!!:crying:
Before flash I have backup my nvram.img to solve IMEI,bt,wifi problems!
I have tried to flash again the Stock ROM 3.08 or 3.04 but the result is the same, NO TUCHSCREEN!
How I can solve this problem?
I noticed that several file are set to false in the scatter file while the ROM folder contains many files (attached image). Could this information help?

I have this device which was bought from Etotalk and who installed a custom rooted rom.
The rom is well out date, and OTA update on the phone has two later versions. When I try to use LeUpgrade app the upgrade wont work.
So I found on needrom the latest official rom but it suggested that I use the flash_exe / scatter approach which I am familiar with, however I cant find the right USB driver for this phone- it is tegra 3
Could anyone offer advice on how to successfully install the latest official Lenovo rom?
UPDATE
So I installed snapee and installed the correct USB driver. Now the problem is that the file on needrom is a RAR and not zip file and doesn't contact any MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in target_bin.7z - I don't understand how to install this rom ?

I am desperate for help. I got a BLU Life One M and flashed the A117 Kitkat ROM from here:

It destroyed the baseband and now the SIM slots are not working at all.
Before flashing I used TWRP to backup the entire phone and used MobileUncle to backup the IMEI. The files I have now are:
recovery.log
boot.emmc.win
cache.ext4.win
data.ext4.win
logo.emmc.win
nvram.emmc.win
recovery.emme.win
sec_ro.emmc.win
system.ext4.win
uboot.emmc.win
IMEI.bak
I tried TWRP recovery but it does not repair the baseband. I also tried MobileUncle with IMEI.bak but it does not write anything back.
I wonder if there is still a way to save this device. Thanks!!!

I have the same problem. I was able to download the above original firmware and used sp flash tool to flash it back to the phone. Baseband and IMEI still show as unknown. Does the stock firmware include baseband flash? Any other suggestions?

Hi,
Yesterday afer root of my mmx magnus a117, I tried to install recovery with help of TWRP manager but after that I face issue of my network signal, this is due to loss IMEI, so I tried to slove this issue with help of mobileunkle tool to go in engineer mode to feed IMEI no but its not working, as it show my Radio state off.
My phone SIM managment is also got inactive ( greyed out ). My Baseband Status showing unknown
Please can some one help me on this....

hello friends finally i have managed to flash my celkon a118 with stock rom. I am writing the procedure to some one who is needed. I am staring this post as assuming that you have minimum idea of how to flash your phone. if not please search about basics. please undesstand that i am not responsible for any damage to you phone.
1. downloaded many stock roms none of them are worked. finally i downloaded from the android xda site.

2. install drivers. i face bit difficult in this aspect. it is easy to install pdanet software in net and connect your working phone to pc.
3. In the firmware file there is a mtk flash tool. if you are comfortable do that or try sp flash tool.
4. while flashing you will get checksum error. the solution is delete checksum file and flash now.
5. the checksum file is in the downloaded file>flashtool>sp>checksum.ini(configuaration file)
6. flash now better to use firware upgrade. once i tried flash all and download then my imei is failed then i write my imei with mauiMETA software.

I have cwm backup for my stock rom but is differ from stock rom created for sp flash tool
I haven't knowledge about use cwm backup for flash it with useing sp flash tool
what doing until flash cwm backup with using either sp flash to or another flash tool
NOTE:my tablet lk.bin(bootloader) has killed when I flashed wrong rom (I can't access to cwm recovery) or

Secound problem i've got invalid imei, how I can fix that?
You can watch the videos on Youtube. I did that using a video I saw on youtube. I don't recommend you to go back on stock ROM because the ROM available is for EUI 5.5.014S and you won't get any updates. Instead just install another custom ROM
