I can't change multimedia volume

Hi, some days ago, suddenly my phone put the multimedia volume like in the picture, and I can't increase it. What can I do to fix it?

When I lower my volume till when the "do not disturb" option comes up, it overlaps with the "total silence" bit.

Is it somehow possible to get more details on the always on display?
For now I just see the notification with details the moment it is received, then it fades away.
