I do not see the option to create a collage in samsung gallery app of my s9 plus exynos unlocked.
EUR csc.
Anyone else with the same problem?
I just found the option. It is hidden under "create" when you press the 3 dot menu in a photo. I come from an s7edge and the option to create a collage was shown right after pressing the 3 dot menu.

I previously shared a guide on how to enable the grey scale power saving mode on the leaked Lollipop ROM as it turns out there are a lot of options buried in the leaked Lollipop ROM that do not show up in the settings app. Today i am sharing another tip on how to another set a custom wallpaper on the S-View Cover instead of the pattern.
To get started you would need to have the QuickShortcutMaker installed on your Galaxy Note 3.
1. Launch the QuickShortcutmaker app, and switch from Incremental search to Normal search and search for Settings or you can scroll down the list until you find Settings Icon.
2. Select the setting icon from the list
3. This should present you with a nested list of other options, you need to scroll down the list past the Power Saving option to find the S-View (SViewCover2014) option as shown below.
4. Select the one SViewColor2014 (annotated ), this would bring you to this page below.
5. You can tap on the Try pane to see what this shortcut does, if you did get the right one.
6. At this point you can tap on the back button to get back to the pane shown in step 4 to save the shortcut to your homescreen.
7. After saving the shortcut (or not), you should open the new shortcut from the homescreen and select the photo with plus icon shown below.
8. This should take you to the Gallery where you can pick a custom wallpaper of your choice.
9. After selecting a custom wallpaper, you can crop the image to your preference and then tap on save to set it as your S-View Wallpaper.

Open the relevant photo using the 'gallery ' app.
Press the 'overflow' button (3 dots in top right hand corner), one of the actions presented is to set as wallpaper.
Once set as wallpaper, if you go back into Samsung Theme you'll see it as your wallpaper.
Alternatively you can set it from within the Samsung Theme app itself. When you open the app, there's a link to the gallery app that allows you to choose an image to set as wallpaper. Hope that helps.

Oh, ok. Sorry, can't help with that, but good luck.
This website will tell you everything you need to know. Not as easy as you'd think:

So I have an AT&T Galaxy S8+ and I just received the latest (August) update and I can no longer apply any photos/images in the Samsung Gallery app as wallpapers for the home or lock screen. I can set images as a contact photo and an AOD pic; but not just a regular wallpaper. It used to be in the dropdown after tapping the three little dots in the upper right hand corner. Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried checking to see if I have the latest version of the app (which I do) and I can apply wallpaper with literally any other app (Nova, Piktures, file browers, etc...) but the built in gallery; no dice. I really like their gallery but now it has become less useful since its lost one of the key reason I use it.
All, in Wallpaper Carousel settings is a line "favorites" that allows obviously to add pictures......any idea how to do this, cannot find any respective folder to add any pictures.
Thx for your support!
As far as I understand the concept, It's not meant to show local photos.
Open the wallpaper carousel application, not it's settings.
Lock your phone, then on your lockscreen, swipe right, select wallpaper carousel, then you see the actual wallpaper carousel app, that looks a bit like Instagram (in chinese).
There are thousands of photos and categories. Each photo has a heart icon. If you press that heart icon, this photo will be added to your favorites.
Later in the lockscreen settings of MIUI under wallpaper carousel, you can select which categories it should show, one of the categories being your favorite photos. Those are the ones you liked by pressing the heart icon. Not local photos in some folder.
