Can anyone please guide me to the right ROM or Firmware or Software whatever the f* they are called
software that i used to flash is MediaTek SP Flash tool v5.17

A strange cause
It happened with me, try changing its battery. Also you can go for asop rom, it will be as good as a new phone after that. Using it for more than 2 years now.

HI
I just purchased a Chines mobile name HONMI. They said it is 4x2 core but it is dual come. Mostly applications were in Chines I tried to delete some Chinese files but after deleting the Mobile is not coming back. It stuck after booting and not coming as menu, showing only black screen. I have tried to flash ROM by SP Flash Tool. One time it did it and after it is not doing. Also not recongnising the USB.
I appreciate any help to resolve the problem.
Best Regards.

You can fix your phone by flashing a correct ROM. Chinese phones can't get bricked. If you flash wrong preloader, you won't be able to boot it, but just get a correct preloader and flash it by pressing and holding VOL+ button before you connect the phone. It will start working again. Check for original ROM at www.NeedRom.com
Also using MTK Droid Tools will tell you real chipset. It can't trick you by telling you it's a quad-core if it's dual-core.
You can also blame the seller and ask for money back.
Hello there!
So here goes my problem: The thing I was trying to do> Flashing a random rom in my MTK6582 device. Why random? Because I was unable to find my official ROM on internet. I thought if I flash any random ROM having MTK6582 device, It would work, which resulted in my current despo situation. No boot, No Logo, Nothing. The thing that triggered this was none other than "FORMAT" button from SP FLash Tool. Yup. Beforehand, I could at least enter in Bootloop and Recovery Mode. So is there anything which could be done except changing motherboard or force booting with JIG. As I said, it still shows "MTK USB Port" when I connect my phone w/o battery, however, Preloader is no longer appears. One more thing, it's not disappearing after 2 seconds as it did with preloader. Please, save my bud!!!

Actually, your shouldn't have done it, since as far as I have searched, I didn't find any Flashable stock ROM for your phone.
Flashing some other device's ROM will never work, since the mount points will be completely different even if you flash ROM of same chipset.
The only solution for this is waiting for someone to post flashable stock ROM for your phone, or finding someone who has the same phone and asking them to dump the ROM completely and give it to you, or the best way: Go to Service Center
Try flashing any flashable custom/stock rom if available for your device, and if not then u can use it as paperweight. And service center might not able to help as ur preloader is corrupted.

Yes, you can.
This will help: http://www.theandroidhow.com/2014/05/how-to-backup-rom-dump-mtk-android.html
It's quite difficult for a beginner.
Going to Service Center is the best way as I said.
Don't brick your uncle's phone too trying to save yours.
The choice is yours now
Hi All,
This is my first post, so take it easy on me pls..
I need help flashing a hard bricked phone.
The phone wont turn on and when i flash a rom, after
20-55 seconds with a 100% red bar i get a brom error 4032.
I have a Jiayu S3 Advanced mtk6752 shipped with kitkat
And i flashed a android 5.0 stock rom with sp flash tool.
After not using for a while and replacing a cracked screen. My phone restarts itself and it was soft bricked.
Then i flashed the wrong rom it was a rom for Jiayu S3+ mtk6753 and now its hard bricked. I did everything i can find on the internet except making a jumper on the motherboard. Please help.
Let me explain what exactly happended.
I bought the china phone and on the first day that i got it i flashed a android lollipop 5.0 stock rom with sp flash tool. After that i used it for a month or so. Then i cracked the screen and the screen wasnt responding. After 3 months not using the phone i ordered a new screen with lcd and i replaced it.
I used the phone for 2 days and suddenly the phone restarts itself when i was playing music. After restart i was stuck on the logo. After restarting the phone again it was again stuck at the logo.
I tried to flash my phone again, but used the wrong rom.
It was a Jiayu S3+ mtk 6753 android 5.1 lollipop stock rom. I tried everything reinstalling drivers with usbdeview and device manager. Tried flashing different. Stock roms. Tried different key combinations. Sp flash works and can see the phone when flashing a rom but stops after 20-55 seconds with a 100% red bar and a brom error 4032 pops up. I saw on the interwebs that i make a jumper on my motherboard but i cant find lcolo or something like that. Please help..
Thank you in advance

Please I need some working link to ROM to this phone , I tried lots of roms and always says "Enable DRAM Failed", drivers are alright and preloader working(appears in device manager). i tried also firmware upgrade but nothing works I think because this mobile is clone and has different rom from original A850. As you can see at the front of mobile is placed home not lenovo logo (at down in middle of digitizer) . Also tried different version of SP Flash tools but all said the same error. In other way I tried push buttons before connecting to pc still the same. I check the procesor and is MTK6582, has kcolo point but preloader working so its dont needed now. Thank for your time and hope somebody for help!

Ok, i have a doogee x5 pro phone and i tried to root it by flashing twrp recovery using sp flash tools. While flashing i got the error "PMT Changed for the rom it must be download". So i did a small research on internet and i found out that i needed to format everything except bootloader. This succeded. So after that i tried to install the firmware with this succeding to. Unfortunately the time i tried to turn phone on it was dead. SP Flash Tools wont detect it anymore. Please help me cause the phone is not mine and its brand new! I can rate my self as moderate android user. :crying:
i think i have a bigger problem... I downloaded a stock rom for doogee max pro(cause i just realised it wasnt just pro it was max pro) and it didnt seem to be recognised again. Any help would be appreciated. I constantly keep trying to raise it from the deads. Thanks!

On mtk devices a preloader is independently installed, it should be almost impossible to destroy, I owned a x5 pro and had best success to flash it with sp flash by taking out the battery, press flash button and plug it in...
The second huge issue I see is when you used the specific flash tool format option you very, very likely killed the nvram partition which contained the imei, so you'll have to fix this too by generating a new one and using mtk engineer mode which is well described and to find on Google..
But let's go step by step. Check without battery, or if it's a non replaceable you'll need find the reset button..
i have tried before without battery and i tried just now but nothing. Its very weird it was detected before and now no in same and another machine. I am pretty confused and stressed. Hope i didnt do any physical damage.. :crying:. THANKS!
starting to get pretty stressed omg! and is there a difference between MT6737M and MT6737?
i came to the point im starting to lose my mind... tried everything i could, i have 5 days left to repair this phone and i dont wanna pay 85 euros for this. SP Flash Tools wont detect the phone. Tried almost 5 different scatter files,2 different PCs and different mtk drivers. Im losing my mind already
UPDATE: I almost fixed it! I had flashed wrong preloader so phone wasn't recognized by SP Flash Tool. I fixed preloaded with a little trick from here: link. After that i flashed stock rom downloaded from doogee.cc but phone will not boot resulting in a total black screen. When i hot Power + Vol Up it takes me to another screen:
Select Boot Mode:
Recovery
Bootloader
Normal
Doesn't matter which boot mode i choose i just get a total black screen which means i get nothing. Idk what is happening! Any further help would be appreciated! I constantly try to bring it back working with little success and small improvements.
Last UPDATE: FIXED my phone had no juice left inside so couldnt complete boot proccess. Now its all good running Btw someone must pin this META trick link i send on my previous post cause im sure more people out there have preloader issues!!! Thank you everyone!!
