So... Since around the fifth of November, when trying to login into my Google Account after clean flashing a Nogat ROM i get the a white screen with the clock icon in the right, top corner. Is this my phone or a ROM based bug? It happens on all Android 7 based Roms. I dont know know what to do.

On my Huawei P30 I solved this by downgrading to OS9.1 , but it sucks that I have to stay on that version only for this
