Revert back to stock font?

I just installed the incognito theme and love it but was wondering how to switch the font back to stock. Is there an easy way to do this?
Sent from my DROIDX using XDA App
I'm also intrested in changing up a few fonts? And font colors too. I've browsed around most of the apk files to see if anything stands out to me but no luck... Mostly .png image files. Which ive successfully modified. But can't seem to find straight forward answers floating around for fonts in the any of the forums.
Any help pointing to the right files locations??
Why would you want to go back to the old font
If you wanna do that, the best way is to repackage the Incognito zip file with the fonts you wanna use. You can do that by:
1 Extract the files in the .zip file to some location on your computer (there should be 2 folders and a file, I think).
2 From your extracted files, go to the font folder located inside the system folder
3 Replace the fonts in that folder with any fonts you want (in your case, you'll have to download the stock fonts from somewhere) and make sure that the fonts are renamed to match the ones before
4 Once that's done, repackage the files/folders as a .zip file by jumping back out to the location of where you originally extracted the files, selecting all 3 files/folders(ctrl+ click each one), right click and "send to compressed folder (zip)".
5 Put that file on your sd card and install it the same way you installed the theme the first time.

[HOWTO] Easily get theme's default wallpaper

Hey, I just discovered a way to get a theme's default wallpaper without asking for it to the developer, I'm sorry if this is obvious for you and this thread is completely unnecessary, but I think it's an interesting point to look at
Ok, let's go
- First, open the zip of the theme with winrar or something similar
- Without unzipping, go to system>framework and unzip only framework-res.apk
- Now, again, open the apk extracted with winrar
- Look for res>drawable-hdpi and there you will find the default_wallpaper.jpg
Unzip that, put it in your phone and enjoy
NOTE:If you don't find in that folder the wallpaper you wanted, you can also look for it in another folder in res called "drawable". Look again for default_wallpaper.jpg
Hi, thanks for this useful post. I know this is an old one but i didn't want to open a new topic.
I want to get the other stock wallpapers of i9003 itself has. (For example, the green one). What should i do? I found only one wallpaper in that directory, not all of them.

Use a root file browser in your phone,
Go to system/app/TwWallpaperChooser.apk
View the files, go to res/drawable-hdpi
All the stock wallpapers are in there. Extract the wallpaper you like.
I used root browser.
Edit: if you're not rooted, you can use astro file browser. It can copy from system without root.

MILocker and MIUI Lockscreens

A bunch of MILocker and MIUI Lockscreens
I downloaded some new lock screens, and whenever I apply them, just the wallpaper changes and the actual lockscreen part stays the same. Any help?
The .mtz file is just a renamed zip. Look inside, is there a file called lockscreen or is there a folder called lockscreen?
If it's a folder do this:
Unzip the whole thing to a folder called work.
Next, zip what's inside the lockscreen folder, (not the lockscreen folder, just what's inside). Call it lockscreen, if an extension gets added, rename it without the extension.
Next delete the lockscreen folder.
Next zip everything inside of the work folder. Call it Test.
Next rename Test.zip to Test.mtz and copy it to your phones miui/theme folder.
You should be good to go after you disconnect the phone from your computer and let it scan the sdcards.
Note: This can also be done on your phone without the aid of a computer.
If this doesn't help, let me know which lockscreen you were trying to get working.
I'm guessing there's no shortcut to that ^?

I thought that my info was straight and to the point. When themes are written for one program, sometimes a little change needs to be made for them to work with others. As in the MiLocker doesn't read a lockscreen folder. Hence, it has to be zipped within the theme.
Heck, I'm an ex-junky who's lost more brain cells to acid then anyone that I know. If I can do/figure it out, anybody can.
Not able to see themes on Milocker
Hi,
I installed Milocker, and downloaded couple of .mtz themes... I copied the .mtz files to sdcard/MIUI/Themes folder...but when i Look at Milocker in Local section I am not able to get any themes.......
Please help....
Looks like these are for older MIUI, probably 2.3.x. Depending on what version you are running ymmv...

Modified framework.apk, but original wallpaper still comes up

Been trying to modify my ROM so I get my own wallpaper in place of the default's. I looked in framework-res.apk, found the offending file and switched it for my own (there was only one copy of the stock wallpaper, in \drawable-sw720dp-nodpi\).
I flashed the ROM and the original stock picture came up.
Is there anywhere else it could be coming from? It'll have to be an .apk file, because there are no copies loose in the ROM itself.
Edit: Okay, it's all academic. Deleted all the wallpaper.apks, including the main program, and it's now working as intended.

English Magazine Unlock Images

I accidentally remove my magazine unlock folder with wall the magazine pictures.
After I restarted my phone I was able to download again the standard magazine pictures (but only the default ones in Chinese) although I have subscribe the English categories: Fashion, Life, Car and Travel.
When I try to check for updates for those categories they said that is already updated but I got no images.
I'm using emui 3.0 v5.2.16 and my phone id H60-L02, does anyone know how can i make it download the pictures again?
Or if someone got the categories: Fashion, Life, Car and Travel subscribe can send me a copy of the MagazineUnlock folder, is located on the root of the internal sdcard.
Thank you.
Same here if anyone??
I have updated too and don't have original one, only chinese version.
But I found a method to change the photos and add your favourites to magazine unlock
- Go to folder HWThemes/magazine/Balance(magazine)/ and copy all the .apply files
- Rename one of them in .zip and extract the content
- Repace the images with yours OR add them to the folder and add a new line in the layout_balance.xml that you find in the folder
- create a .zip file selecting all the files
- rename the .zip to 01.apply (or number that you want)
- copy the file in the original folder (the one on the first pass of this tut)
- go in theme manager and re-apply balance theme
- select the photo's folder that you want in the Settings of the magazine unlock
Done
