Have you tried unlocking bootloader using the generic way of unlocking motorola's ?
Try using this guide and let us know how you get on i don't think there will be a problem if you have your unlock code from motorola already

Hi, I bought a couple of these devices g620s for my parents. Before they start using them I want to unlock bootloader and install a custom recovery.
I did the same for my nexus4 and old samsung s advance.
There is an english guide to do this with the Huawei G620s?

Many thanks.
But I'm also looking for something I can follow up in the time.
My fear is that I miss something using the translator.
In the linked thread they say to send a mail to Huawei and asking for the unlock code: is the first time I read about this procedure, is it really used?
EDIT:
I asked in the forum but they want to use only Spanish in the messages so is quite useless for me
Why is so rare this device?
Hello,
I have the Huawei G620S too, and I also want to unlock (for root) my bootloader.
I asked by mail the unlock code, we'll se. But, I think that's weird... for all my last phones, the unlock code was sending by an official website.
I received the 2 unlock code I request for the 2 g620s I bought in 15 minutes.
Check that you sent the mail with the exact subject written in the spanish forum.
Is the first time I used the unlock code: for my nexus4 and my girlfriend samsung galaxy s adavance I rooted and installe custom recovery without unlock code.

I found that also, and I had to root my phone, becasue the hungarian T-Moble installed so much junk to this phone, and the phone always played t-mobile boot up / shut down notification with full volume...so.
But I have a problem. I'm just wondering, how can I relock the bootloader. I wrote the exact error message that I got yesterday, when I tried to relock an unrooted-untouched system.
Code:
fastboot oem relock myunlockcode
...
FAILED (remote: root type is risk
)
finished. Total time: 0.035s
The spanish forum said, that the process can reversable with this command, but I can't do it .
hi everyone... anybody tried these methods for rooting? is there any guide in english? it's not my native language but at least i can understand it better than spanish and french...

Hi, would you mind explaining how did you root the phone using this program? Did you still had to unlock the bootloader first or did you root it directly with the program? Thanks a lot in advance

Sorry to bother again, I downloaded Iroot but I can't seem to open it because my antivirus (Windows 10 defender) sees it as a malware...What can I do? Sorry again!
EDIT: Nevermind, I solve dit and now my phone is rooted! yay! Can I also install a recovery, or should I unlock the bootloader first with the product code procedure? because I sent the email to Huawei, but they didn't reply...

Hi ilysomma !,
np
to be honest have sent an email too but didnt got any reply from them so I've followed this guide to try to unlock my device but had a lot of problem with the captcha on their site ...so after many attempts I gave up it
that is what I followed

This so doesn't work for me. I am not a newbie but this simply doesn't work. Any other suggestion, the HTC forum just does not work. And huawei community does not respond to email queries.

[Q] Japanese (AU) version?

What roms will work with the Japanese version of the z3? Specifically for the carrier AU. When I go to model number under settings it says SOL26.

I live in Japan and have the same model. As you said its the Xperia Z3 for Japan and unfortunately it can't be unlocked and is therefore unrootable at present so there are no roms that can be loaded on it. The likelihood of finding some way to unlock it and root it are very very slim.

Really would like to root the SOL26 but still have doubts (DRM Key worries...etc.).
Again, big thanks!
I think the first link you provided is the same way in Here
and the 2nd one is how to unlock sol26 with NSCK code.
the 2nd link and the 1st one is total different.
for evidencing, just look at attachement. Hope this to encourage you

Thanks for the encouragement. I was pretty sure the second link was an unlock key for a Docomo-brand SOL26 so was hesitant to use that key.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think we have the same model and carrier (AU-KDDI?) :highfive:
So, you're recommending that first link root method? If I'm hearing that guy correctly he's rooting without unlocking the bootloader which sounds good to me.
Apparently I can keep my DRM keys and everything else intact by rooting that way. I'm not really interested in trying out new roms or anything (did enough of that when
I still had my HTC Desire HD ) so it seems like the best way to go. I'd be more than grateful for any more advice you can give about rooting our model and again huge
thanks for all your help. If you're ever in Kyoto I'll buy you a beer!

Yes, I've got SOL26 too
Sure, you can root without unlock bootloader (I wonder how to unlock it because that's impossible with AU-KDDI or carrier model when unlock bootloader status allow = No)
Because you do not unlock bootloader, so no harm to your DRM key.
You must follow as the guide to root because you cannot root directly with AU-KDDI firmware.
By the way, I'm not in Kyoto but in Ho Chi Minh
Cyanogenmod for Z3 international work with Sol26 or not ?
Is sol26 CDMA or GSM phone?

Thank you for your reply. I red the same from some google pages but I would like to flash stock Firmware again in Moto E 2g so please send me the steps for the same.
Also please let me know Firmware and ROM both are same concept and different concept in Android.
Further, when I turned on my rooted phone it is directly going to fastbood and showing the reason for Fastbood as below:
Fastboot reason: UTAG "bootmode" configured as fastboot issue
So how can I fix this issue.
Thanks a ton for your rich and valuable reply in advance.

I don't know if this is a true answer for your question but I recently bought a İqoo 8 Pro and I was tampering the Developer options and saw that in there "OEM unlocking" with explaining "Allow the bootloader to be unlocked" but I don't know how to do so and maybe it's diffrent in the İqoo 7

I know you people are modding enthusiasts but sorry to let you down. Iqoo feels like it's similar to apple. It doesn't allow bootloader unlocking. You may see bootloader unlocking option in developer menu but it's just redundant. Iqoo and most Vivo phones doesn't support bootloader unlocking. So please don't waste your time searching for this. Telling this an experienced user of Vivo.

So, that is it ! No point in keeping hopes now. Atleast we should be happy with iqoo7's performance and camera. Hopefully funtouch os will give us more tweaking options in the coming updates...
What you think about this web? They show a method to root the device. Anyone try this one? I can't make my phone works on b28 and looking for some Toher options, and maybe rooting phone can helps.
