[Q] Update issue please help.

My oneplus is currently working on android 5.0.2 with cyanogen version
"CM-12.0 YNG1TAS17L" and recently i got a notification form software update that and update to "CM-12.0 YNG1TATAS213"when i clicked at that notification, it dint update and instead it restarted into recovery mode and i found the update file and clicked on it but it gives an error "error executing updater binary " . Please help

Download the full version and flash it manually thru any custom recovery.

Updater has stopped after downgrading to B137 from B143

So I was trying to test the beta Lollipop on my MT7-L09 and I used the Update OTA to install B137, so that I can install B308 and B317, respectively.
Now everytime I try to open Updater, it crashes with the toast: Updater has stopped.
Has anyone encountered it / how did you fix this issue? Google didn't seem to be very helpful on this topic.

The problem was I forgot to do a factory reset. Problem solved, hopefully I'll install B308 today.

I would also flash the B317 OTA after you flashed B308.

Can not update at all

Hi,
I have MT7-L09 from Europe, I'm on B331, unlocked bootloader, rooted, with stock recovery and a lot of free space on both internal storage and SD card.
Today I received OTA update for B571. Downloading the file is okay, but when I reboot to install, it say that update failed because it failed to check the update files and asking me to download the package again. I tried again and again but I still got the same error message.
So I searched here for a solution, and I found that I should first install B560. I downloaded the full package and installed from local storage but once again the update failed. Then I tried to install the update package, but it failed too...
Now I just don't know what to do to upgrade to MM because update does not work at all !
Can anyone help ?

Okay, here's the solution I found myself.
I had to download full OTA B331 (which was the version that was already installed on my device), and then install it. Once done, just installed the update normally and it worked.
Now my device has Android 6.0 and EMUI 4.0 but I'm now looking for a root solution.

Why Update verification Failed! When we Update from B360 to B380?

Yesterday I tried to Flash Full OTA through Firmware finder application on B360 to B380
But everytime I got File verification Error!!
And Update fails at 5%
Does it necessary to rollback to B131 for Updating to B380?
Why we got file verification Error??

Question Can't install Update

I am on Version IV2201_11_A.9.
I can download the newe IV2201_11_A.11, but when i try to install it after the phone reboots i get the error message "Confirmation problem".
Also i cant install the A.10 version because there is no local update posibility.
So has anyone an idea to fix this.
I can work with adb and fastboot and my bootloader is Unlocked.

Sounds like you are trying to install the wrong software version for your model, or have the wrong OTA package for your current build. I received the same error when trying to install the A.12 OTA intended for the Indian variant on my unit, which is running EU software. The EU OTA zip installed no problem, A.10 to A.11. Latest for EU seems to be A.11 for now.
Try going sequentially from A.09.to A.10 if no model mismatch.

running A.09 indian variant. But still cant update. Also, I have theA.11 patch, can't find the A.10
Any help please?
