my phone is Huawei mate 7 L09 ( Middle east - Kuwait )
when the first i bought it its b150
then i updated to b326 succeed
then i try to update it to b560... from b326
it failed and my phone is on reboot bootloop
guys please give me a solution to fix my phone.. its been 2 months now

Hey guys I have upgraded my honour 6 H60- L04 2.3 , 109 to emui 3 B370 not satisfied with it and wanted to downgrade to again 2.3,109 . I have used the 3 bottom method and also the local update method, but every time I try its showing error ,can't update please help .

hello guys i wish you can solve this damn problem for me !
i've update my mate 7 tl-10 from to B324 but i face problem it's seem like not complete rom .. it's told me fail on 60% updating and when i turn on my mate 7 its show to me that is already updated!!
anyway now i'm trying to update my mate 7 to B351 but its wont! so please help me to update it to B351 ..

351 is for mainland Chinese versions. 324 is for international versions. The two can't be mixed. You can only flash one depending on the version of your phone.

well i did update to b324 international version with no problem after i downgrade to B120SP04 .
but
is there any way to install 351 chinese versions on my device? mate 7 tl-10?
I also problem well i did update to b324 international version with problem no ringtone 2 sim and no motion center So decide to rollback to KK but file B300 not working give me error on 19%
Also factory reset not working

unlock your boot loader
use HuaweiUpdateExtractor & extract cust.img from b300 rollback file and flash it on your phone via fastboot
restart your phone and put the b300 rollback on Dload folder and flash it normaly
Now you can downgrade to 120s04
For whom have problems wiwith downgrade from B324 by B300 and installation stopped at 19% . I extract Cust image from B300 with B300 update. app in dload folder and was succeeded in my TL10 in Egypt

please can u tell me hot rollback from lollipop to SP04 in steps because when i try to downgrade it told me the update not compatible with the current version .

i am running on 5.1.1 Mate 7 L09 and my device is rooted with Kingroot.
now i want to go to Marshmallow but i do not know how to go for it? do i have to remove root?? for installing marshmallow? if so then please tell me how to remove root...!!
secondly i am downloading MD5: 0F3AAFD9B7B136993DF3C29D9D31C43A Keneral from Huawei website for Mate 7 please can someone tell me what is it for? and how to get it working in Mate 7 is it Marshmallow?? or is it something else....!!

Which version do you have on it B326, B331, etc?
TL10 or TL09 Mate Version?
On TL10 must be runnig B326 to Update to MM B511
Flash Stock Recovery and than Flash the Update.App (B326)via Local Update after a Factory Reset i think is better.
Copy the MM B511 to dload Folder on the Phone and flash via Local Update
You have an Unrooted MM Stockrom B511

What does medal est mean?
Refer the link given by RedSkull23 and you will be good to debrand. Tested by couple of other users and the method is working fine.
