Hello guys, so more and more users are getting their hands on the s9/s9+, would like to know what is your chip bin especially the G3D one. having a bad bin can have a slight impact on performance/battery. In order to check go to teh download mode and post your findings
I have 7 for the 3d..... Bummer!

I have two sets, one is 8 and one is 6. However, CPU on the 8 is 12/11 and the one on the 6 is 9/8.

Yes that's cp0 which is small cores and cp1 which is the big cores
You should look for G3D for GPU

Exynos is referring to the processor inside the phone.... The US version of the Note 3 did not have Samsung's Exynos processor. They went with Snapdragon CPU. The International Note 3 has the Exynos CPU. I think there are other international versions too that dont have Samsung's CPU in them but knowing which phone you have in this case is important.

The Exynos threads for the Note 3 are a bit behind others like Sprint version. There is an Aurora ROM going around that adds Note 5 features but not without issues. You will have to research the ROM Threads to see. But Pekaka ROM and the other older ROM (forgot name but latest version is L24) are probably the most stable with less issues.

Huawei doesn't like to opt in to incremental X.Y.Z updates. Look at EMUI 5.1, still at 7.0

We don't need to worry about that, we don't even need that, because beta testing of a new EMUI versions normally starts right after releasing a new Huawei phone. And Mate 10 is not so far away. More 2-3 months. Hopefully we will start getting EMUI 6.

I have the 2gb version and working awesomely! Idk if my phone is getting old or whatever but looks like no rom can manage to make the battery last more than 3h SOT.. it is pretty crappy knowing I don't play game at all...

after the android 8 installation the system-update app says another update is avaiable - but without any changelog or size information

Its clarified on beta labs official website that for Nokia 6, you need to be on one of the following software builds to get the beta software: V3.700_SP02; V3.72B_SP01; V3.73B_SP01. To check, please go to Settings > About phone > Build number.

I replaced with Xioimi MI 9T, it's a small but solid phone. Will be good enough for me, till next year when hopefully Xiaomi will release next Mi Max!
