I suppose my Huwaei Ascend G620S had some battery related problem, but not sure: when I try to turn it on, it goes randomly in one of the following 2 states:
A) - Huwaei logo appears
- then rapidly the message "boot image verify failed - Please update to the authorised images"
- finally get stuck into "fastboot&rescue mode - Please connect USB cable to your computer and open Hisuite - more information: URL - PHONE LOCKED
B) - the screen does not turn on, and the notification LED loops red > green > blue
My goal is simply retrieve the Notes saved in the Huwaei notes app, not necessarily having the phone full working again. The most obvious to me solution is to have it working and then from the Notes app sharing all of them to Google Keep. But if you have any suggestions on how to get them otherwise, great!
Obviously any solution that delete the data before restoring is not for me at this point if I want to get the notes * : )
What I already tried with no success:
- restarting the device by pressing Volume + and Power button
- unplug battery and replug it
- connect the phone to HiSuite either on Windows and Mac, but the phone did not have any particular USB option or Developer tool activated before it got in this state, so it is not seen by HiSuite
- using ADB from Mac, but it neither see the phone when I try to list devices
- I have the unlock CODE, but don't know what to do with it in this condition
Ask me any question, I'm here to answer!
And thank you very much!

Good day,
I've looked through lots of posts, but can't find one similar to my issue.
I bought Magic id7003. It's not my first Android. I root it through SuperOneClick program. I have used FwTool to install new phone program on it and after this my tablet screen died. Service center changed my screen (tablet was on guaranty), but another problem appeared - and this is my actual question: Now I can't enter recovery mode.
This massage appear: "The Device Enter Fastboot Mode, Please Connect USB TO PC or Reset The Device, Waitting...........".
Only restarting helps get rid from it. Hard reset doesn't help eather - it leads to the same massage.
Thanks a lot.
I have just installed the Nick's Phone ROM ([ROM] Nick's Phone V1.1 Based On Oxygen 2.3.2 [05.03.2012]) - many thanks for all the work in developing and customising.
During the rooting process etc. I told the phone not to ask me which mode to be in when connected to a PC - i.e. to always use 'charge' mode.
It appears that I am now stuck in this mode. (serves me right I guess).
I no longer have an option "Connect to a PC" in the settings and I do not get a choice when connecting via usb.
When connected, I can see the SD card - but not the phone itself.
Can anyone please advise how to get the choice back or how to reset the options ?
Thanks
Hello. I broke the phone display and touchscreen. I found a tutorial on youtube.com how to disassembly and I changed both components. Now the phone displays only the LG logo, a few striped background and then black screen.
I did have escaped phone little hard.
I tried to rewrite the software but not working. Software LG says the phone has the latest software version.
It can be a hardware problem?
Already try LG Mobile Support Tool ? It can recovery your software problems (if it is the problem).
Download this B2Capp Setup
- install and run
- select Option & Help for changing your country
- install usb driver and choose P920 (if you already install the usb driver than skip this)
- unplug your battery , press and hold vol up while connecting your 3D to PC until found new driver install.
- after finish, and you are connected with the PC, select Customer Support and choose Recovery Phone
- input your EMAI and S/N
- wait until download and installation finish than your software should be recover.
Hope this help and sorry my english.
I followed the steps described above. System is download, but when is installing, phone start to disconnect and connect to the computer very quickly (I heard the sound from connecting and disconnecting driver in speakers) and an error occured.
I unplug the phone and I have reconnected pressing Volume + and restart the installation. Did not work.
The next step seems to be an authorized LG.
It is true I have not tried a rebranding the phone before. It's the first time. Motorola Milestone software system change is easier.
Hi there,
I just retry the steps that I wrote above, and it's work and download the software as soon as I input IMEI and check. I don't know why the phone disconnecting from your PC, did OMAPflash already installed in your PC ? If not, try to install it and retry the steps, I hope it works. If not... I'm sorry mate, that's the far that I know.
Hi, first time i am sorry for my bad english.
I have problem with my LG optimus ONE P500. I want to root this phone, so i used manual from link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=15217609&postcount=3
First step, I enabled debubing mode in my phone settings and I connected this phone to notebook over USB cable. I followed steps from manual. After click Download button in LGMDP, phone reboot to emergency mode (green screen) and start. LGMDP recovered and restored NV2 backup and then started upload modificate NV2 to photo (with text something like - burning, but I not sure). After 20 min LGMDP show text: TIMEOUT. Next step I wait a few minutes and disconnected my phone from notebook and manualy rebooted him. If I turn on my phone, Android OS started and worked normaly.
Next step I turn off my phone and use three-button combinatio (home + vol down + power) and phone booted to „fastboot“ mode with text:
Fastboot mode started
udc_start()
Click to collapse
After connection phone to notebook, display show next lines:
-- suspens --
-- reset --
-- portchange --
-- reset --
-- portchange --
fastboot: processing commands
Click to collapse
I can´t turn on phone normaly. So I searched manual how to revive a bricked P500 on fastboot mode (link on manual http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1088046)
But when i write command in windows command line „fastboot erase recovery“ i get message < waiting for device >
Now I trying find and instal a lot of drivers for P500. Windows device manager normal show connected device under Android Phone - USB Modem Phone ADB port. I used LGMobile Support Tool for download driver too. I tried Windows XP and Windows 7, but the same problem. Command line still show <wainting for device>.
I don´t know how to deal problem with communication between phone and notebook. I spend 10 hours with searching how to solve this problem, but all attempts have failed.
Please can you help me?

my screen just broke and its all dead now and i m unable to open on usb debugging any way to get it done kindly help
How to hack the IMEI from broken screen?
Me to. I need to get the IMEI of my friends phone (for his warranty repairs)
- phone in question OnePluss 3T
- screen is black
- USB-debugging is off
- phone had a pass-pattern (which is known)
- not-rooted
- stock-recovery
- google.com/dashboard doesn't show IMEI for devices which are not active
- google doesn't have an email
- carrier refuses to name the IMEI
- police wont help
- to enter fastboot in stock recovery you need to see what you're doing
- phone was bought on ebay - and the seller is not responding
- And there is no IMEI under the battery or anywhere, when you open a phone
If your life depended on it and you were a pro hacker - what would you do to find out your phone IMEI?
