Nope. Because its still on nougat. Treble is much more than just vendor partition.
And plz avoid hindi. This is a global website so prefer english.
Any user using SD card. Send the screenshot after entering below command
Open terminal in twrp
Enter ls /dev/block/platform/
Then report back
Dude Nougat doesn't matter here..
Vendor partition is that partition from which oreo gets files to work with hardware and if that partition is available than nothing can stop oreo from working

I'm testing this on my Redmi 3S 16GB variant.. everything is working here. Any issues let me know.
Installation guide:
NOTE MIUI USERS: By default, dm-verity and force-encryption is enabled in the Boot Image. Due to this, on allowing system modifications to TWRP, your device will not boot when rebooting to your OS as /system is modified.
Make sure to have an unlocked bootloader
Boot to fastboot mode
Using Minimal ADB Tools, flash with
HTML:
fastboot flash recovery twrp_3.1.1-0_land_r9.img
or
boot to existing TWRP
flash twrp_3.1.1-0_land_r9.img to "Recovery"
Disable dm-verity and force-encryption:
You can flash SuperSu (V2.82 works fine), or use built-in disable dm-verity function under Advanced > Disable DM-Verity.

I'll look into that.. If I'm not wrong, not only this twrp is facing modem restore issue.

Redmi 6 Pro has two different codenames "sakura_india" for devices in Indian devices & "sakura" for all other. This makes things harder when you try to flash ROM that have "sakura_india" codename e.g: MIUI India, in such cases you have to edit the edify script (updater-script) or change the recovery. This TWRP build solves this problem by allowing the user to change device codename with one click. Note: The change will be persisted.

i think u have to reformat the data partition.. try erase the data partition..

This rom does not come pre-rooted or bundled with any modifications or apps. The device tree is heavily based off of sumire's lineage 17.1 device tree with only the device specific modifications required for Satsuki (Z5 Premium).

- Make sure you're coming from firmware 32.4.A.1.54 before flashing this rom.
- Bootloader needs to be unlocked.
- Ensure that you have TWRP recovery from here.

RIL (Sim) and Camera are currently the two major problems with this ROM. Please provide logcats if you wish to report bugs.

please use TWRP given in the Original post and it will work i have done the same thing only issues for now is network and Camera
You have to use TWRP with 64bits because after Android 8 every (Custom) Rom is 64bits, that´s why.

Can any one help me with sim 2 issue network doesn't show on the top bar but i can get incoming calls but when I try to make an out going call it says network not available

Next build may fix that + memory issues.
The only thing left will be cam.
