Goods tracking implemented through Documents :
create Incoming document to add Items to stock
create Outgoing document to dispose of items (send them somewhere)
create Stock-taking document to count actual quantity of items and replace quantity in stock
The application allows importing/exporting data from/to Excel files (stored in device memory as well as Google Drive and Dropbox).
You can also perform backup and restore of your database and images
You can use your device's camera to scan barcode to speed up your work
All basic inventory management features in our application are free: you can create any number of goods, groups, folders, documents, use reports, import and export documents, backup and restore your database.
Though if you need to use prices (we assume that in this case you sell and purchase something so making some profit) then you need to buy a subscription.
We think this is decent and does not violate XDA forum rules. I apologize if we got the rules wrong way
We will appreciate any feedback, pieces of advice and criticism from XDA community.
We are also concerned about translations. English is not our native language and we are afraid that some terms in the application do not reflect app's functions in the most correct way. Please advise us on this.
If somebody can help us to translate Stock and Inventory into other languages it would be very nice and we will add credits to such person in the application.

I just downloaded this off the App Store today and am finding it quite useful, especially since I didn't realise I spent so much over a lunch meeting and an impulse movie.
Absolutely love this app, and it's become indispensable after I found it on a recommended list of apps. One thing though, and I hope this isn't asking for much, any chance you could add a feature for tabulation of expenses in another category or 'wallet'? Like say if one was to travel? It'd be so handy if I could log my travel expenses as a separate account of sorts but still access the other E' account' through the app. Thank you!

Not only for this. I've decided to implement the most social uses that people can do around, so this app has a free choice of use. You can use this app to meet people (to know them or for a different reason) , to chat with someone (for example to spend time), to have informations, etc. For all these uses, based on the informations that you've selected in the login, you are anonymous, so you're 'protected'.
BUMP
(except that I'm married) I got no reason to even download this. For it to be interesting, there would have to be thousands of people using this in a radius of 50km from where I am. And that's never gonna happen if posting on xda and bumping the post is your marketing strategy. Get somebody to lend you some hundred thousand dollars for marketing or start with your next app is what I would suggest you. And don't "bump", it's against the rules

I like the idea of tracking personal expenses - it is really helpful. But, unfortunately, with a wide selection of apps in this category, I still could not find one that perfectly fit my needs. I wanted a simple, straightforward app to quickly add my expense during the day and check how much money I spent during the month.
So, I created such an app! I called it Akashi, and yesterday I released it on Google Play for everyone.
