Anybody with the official Oreo update experiences Camera FC when using the "Surround Shot" feature?
If so, does anybody know about a fix?
Surround Shot problem
I m with the official Android 8.0.0 Oreo on Galaxy S8 and Surround Shot crashes my phone and freezes

Surround Shot Crashing
I have tried a couple of the surround shot apk's available , some of them dont install properly and the ones that do get installed crash immediately.
This occurrence is after the Samsung S8 official Oreo update.
Device: Samsung Galaxy S8+ SM-G955FD
Anyway around this issue?
+1 a fix for this would be awesome!
Facing the same problem, camera app crashes if I try to open surround shot after updating to oreo. May be we need to wait to have a new apk mirror?

Any luck finding a non-root fix for surround shot? I've looked everywhere.
I don't have surround shot on my phone. I have virtual shot and it works fine. Are these the same thing?

Thank you, I installed the application, but when I take pictures, no player to view them. Is there a solution, please?

Stock gallery app can view them.
The same for Note 8

can you help me with this issu,
I have samsung galaxy S3 and i want to connect the samsung by drivelink software to my toyota touch & go
I download several software version, and after i instal it and connect it to my multimedia in the car ,
the motion sensor disconnect the media that playing (dvd), ther is drive link version that can bypass the motion lock ?
I want that the passenger can see the movie or photos that presented by the phone.
one version i cant find drivelink 1.1.021
if you know about version that i can bypass the motion lock it wil be nice from you

i just purchased Newsmy T3 7, It came with standard installed Rom.
I have not changed or touched anything.
I am unable to run you tube application, when i start to start it, it crashes.
i tried downloading and installing chrome. even that is crashing.
anyone else came across this issue?
Does anyone knows if standard rom is upgradeable?
If yes then how?

Hi all,i installed the supernexus 2.0 M1 rom on my GT-I9000 and evrything works fine exept for the camera and youtube app.
The problem is that when i try to record a video with the camera application,the app crashes.I can take photos even in panorama mode but i can't shoot video.It's the same with the youtube app,when i try to watch a video i get stucked in the loading screen and nothing happens.
What can i do to solve this problem?

Same here.....
same here.
still, this is the best ROM so far on i9000 as it has the best memory usage.
Anyother ROM would eat up all resources and would make it hard also to perform basic tasks.
So I dont want to give it up yet.
Please help with solutions!

I saw that the new ace III (android 4.1) has the new camera software of the s4 (maybe not all features, look at the phonearena-review). is it possible to port it? i think the differences between the ace III camera (5 MPX) and the sII+ camera are not that big.
unfortunately I didn't found a ace III-forum here yet.
can anybody help? would be great to get it.

You can download the firmware for the ACE 3 here. But I don't know what to do with it. Can anybody help to unpack the camera app?

Unfortunately I have no CWM installed. Can anybody backup his phone and copy the files in the right directories, change the permissions and then try, if the camera is working?

Almost every rom in the rom forum for our phone has s7 edge features, I'm using superman rom with the edge thingy on the side

I don't think so , as far as I know the edge features are system apps, you need root privilege to install..
