Using Nova to lock my device (OnePlus 5T) through the double tap on screen to lock gesture. In conjunction with double tap to unlock through the phone settings, I get this ugly bar. I used to have it configured properly where upon double tapping, it would open cleanly without any bar at the bottom. Any idea how to figure this out? Thanks.

Nexus 7 has screen rotation lock next to settings button, can we get that in some way?
Just install paranoid android ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1668719) and set phablet ui, it will make little smaller the notification bar but you will have the new shortcut. Here's how it will be the new notification area (look the second image):

i also use lockerpro for notifications (example of lockscreen attached) .if i get a text or call the lockscreen comes on fine, no issues....but if i have the phone off and i press the home button it flashes for a split second and goes straight into the home page with the app icons.....but...if i wake it up by using to power button its ok.....be afraid of it waking up in my pocket and starting an app or something when i get rid of this wallet cover i have (changing it soon for a back only extended battery cover).....any ideas??...got all defaults etc on lockerpro.

Complete noob here using M8 w/ theme from mycolorscreen.com. The phone's notification bar will not go away. You can swipe down to expand it, but when I swipe up on the phone, it still shows at the top of the screen. Within Themer, I have checked for it to auto hide but it is not working. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it an issue with Themer (happens on several different themes) or with my M8? Again, appreciate any help that can be provided.

I found an app that will do both lock and home screen, but I just want it to do the lock screen. Anyone know of any or am I SOL?
I am wondering this as well. I did find an app called Muviz which is a fantastic nav bar visualizer and has a ton of options. But yet to find a good lock screen one. Will keep my eyes open as well.

Hi All,
I cannot find a way to remove the shortcuts from my lock screen.
I enabled System Tuner, but the lock screen option does not appear. (It should be there by looking at some tutorials).
Android 8.0.0 stock and rooted.

If you're rooted, download Substratum and use Sai's dark theme - it has a feature to remove the locksreen icons called "clean screen". Works well.
