Hello, just recieved this phone a few days ago and just trying it out but when I insert the SIM card and start the phone i get the following errors
1. A problem has occured with device.exe
2. ARM 9 FATAL ERROR MOD CM 0000 Go to dload mode? if no will break ARM11
Phone then shuts dowm and cannot be restarted until the battery has been removed
If i start it without the sim card everything works okay, the sim card is also okay in other phones with no problem.
any help appreciated
Cheers

Hardware problem? Or maybe it's not unlocked after all.
Try replacing it or calling your provider.
When I enter to diagnostic menu ##634# and then *#7465625# at first I see that it is disabled sim lock, disable network lock and so on! So I do not understand it ???!!!
Hi guys, I´m new to this forum, but not so new to the "android world", but yesterday I seemed to have made some sort of mystake with my samsung galaxy tab 7, and I cant seem to make the SIM card be detected at all.
Well, I decided to update the OS by instaling CyanogenMod on my tab, and I made it that far, but has I was trying to make the sim card work, I noticed it wasnt even getting recognized and I can only make emergency call now.
My SIM card is from an European Carrier "Vodafone", and what happens is that as soon has I insert the SIM card on the slot and try to unlock to go to the home screen, the system kinda "resets" (?) and I get the unlocking screen again, until I remove the card, and unlock once again.
I´ve tried to turn of an immediatly on the device over and over, but nothing seems to take effect.
Can you guys help me at all?
Thanks in advance for any help guys!

Explain? What do you mean won't boot up? Sits on lg logo with SIM card in device? Or won't read sim? If phone won't boot with the SIM card then it's either a bad sim or a hardware failure with the phone.

means phone is switching off again and again while booting with inserted sim card
and phone is booting normally without sim card inserted

So phone boot loops with sim? That's. Hardware issue or you've flashed a wrong model firmware on your device.
