It could be, that your cable / dock connector is dirty or faulty.
If your could test another cable (or buy one), this would be the first step I would do.
U're right, thanks!
I have another cable, tried that and it worked!
Thanks! Never crossed my mind to check with another cable since it's the original one.
One more thing html6405 please!
Which of rom's from your page would you recommend in terms of stability and higher vers of android?
Thanks again.

Did u get it to work? I have similar problem right now
Hi
I ran the same situation with my phone. A new phone that never work.
You have to download the Lenovo Rescue And Smart Assistant(LMSA). You have to put your imei to download the software. One that software is downloaded. Connect the phone to the port that is in one side of the phone and press vol up + vol down + power. If the program didnt recognizes appear a help to you connect.
In my case cannot recognizes in the first try, and in the second can.
Hope you can recover your phone.
Good Luck
Hi there
I'm having a serious problem with my sm-g532f, which went OFF forever after trying to flash a new ROM.
Here is what happen:
I rooted the phone in April of 2019, granted to use super user rights but the malfunction started in the midst of 2020, it started simulating back button clicks on its own. By that time I was used to flashing it with original and custom ROMS. But as I was not ok with its malfunction, I downloaded an original update which is of 2019, trying to overcome the problem i flashed it using Odin (as usual). Unfortunately, the download was interrupted by the USB cable, so the process failed. From that day it has never displayed anything.
it does not respond to charger connection nor power button press.
I tried to follow some advices from various sites from which they told me to flash it with SP Flash Tool using MTK USB Drivers. They said it would be detected but it wouldn't remain stable, they meant i would hear Windows reporting device connection and disconnection in less than 45 seconds. Yes, that happened and even now it does the same. They said the 'preloader' has been wiped, so their procedure told me it flash the preloader file first before all the rest of the files. I did it but the flashing tool asked for the 'authentication file', i searched it all around the Internet and found one with this name 'auth-sv5' in a ZIP file. But here is what the Flash Tool says back:

I don't know if there is any way do recover this device, Help please!!
My radio no longer starts after an unsuccessful root attempt. I've been trying to get into recovery for days now with no success. Maybe someone has a solution how I can get into the recovery of the radio so that I can install the original firmware.
The radio is a Pumpkin AA0717B, MTCHR_HT3_V3.81d_2 MCU, Rockchip RK3566
I would be grateful for any help

Thank you for your prompt reply. Have the cable (USB-A USB-A) connected to the PC. The device is still in a bootloop and is not recognized when switched on. Have tried to achieve something via RST button, unfortunately unsuccessful. Am I doing something wrong?
Edit:
Maybe the pictures of the board will help. Have these attached
Hi, check out my OTG thread

Hey, do you mean the thread with the homemade OTG cable?
[PX3 & 5] [OTG] - No Headunit Mod, recover or flash a SOM with a simple USB cable
"Factory" Recovery for MTCx PX3, PX5 and PX6 SOM. Finally - OTG for all without modifying your head-unit. With only basic electronic/soldering skills, get OTG and fearlessly flash or recover a 'bricked' MTCD/E (HCT printed on SOM) Rockchip PX3...

If so, do you know which points I have to solder to so that the board is recognized on the PC? Since this board is very different from the PX3/5/6 board on your pictures. Here are some more pictures of my PX30 board.
Could someone please give a old geezer a hand fixin this thing. Its been a few years since I've mucked around with it and not sure what new stuff all the cool kids are rockin these days. I do have a usb thats hooks to the back I do hear the windows sound but gives some sort of error in device manager & nothing I've tried will connect to it. Weird thing is this is the screen when android is supposed to boot

Thanks buds but the link to the driver is stale & not sure what its called do you have a name or a good link ? Oh and do you know where the maskrom short would be ?

Also does anyone know where these pins go to on the board ? The traces are gone & shining a high powered light thru the board doesnt show anything that they were connected to..
