Can't install the latest GAPPS - Xiaomi Mi 4C

LineageOS 15.1.
When I install the GApps for 8.1.0 https://forum.xda-developers.com/red...gapps-t3720449 ,
it stucked in the process " Gathering device & ROM information ",forever.
