Aye, good to see new devices running legendrom. Good job with the banner tho.
good rom thank xd
Guys, I can't change color of SIM CARDS :/ any ideas?
EDIT: I can change but they are still monochrome.
@albertoduqe, hey buddy no more updates on Legend ROM anymore? I know you've been quite occupied in the Oreo ROM's space but there are a handful of us whom still crave the flawless Nougat experience that doesn't have much or any of the issues from Oreo. I really want to flash an Oreo based ROM but am waiting for the bugs to be ironed out in them, especially with the proximity and other persistent issues. Appreciate your ROM Dev dedication my friend. So just was curious nothing more, wasn't busting your balls or anything :good:

Sorry my friend but I have no time or disk space to keep updating nougat. I also liked Legend very much but even if I worked on it you would only get security updates as I alone can't or wouldn't know how to bring anything new to the rom. I mean, no team is working on nougat rom sources anymore...

Honestly, do not know the bugs you talking about mate. My Mix has always worked perfectly. Known proximity issues are there everywhere but I do not care about calling all that much so no bother
The rest, try Oreo and you'll see if it's worth it or not.
As for recommending anything on what you should do: advice is a very dangerous thing my friend. Will never pressume to tell you or anybody else what's best Decide for yourself my man!

Hmm, actually am not into MIUI,and my Touchwiz is great for me ,I like Lineage/Stock clean UI back in the day in RR I experienced delayed unlock on Mi Mix this bug was there on all Lineage based ROMs and then there was this other kernel based bug laggy videos, laggy interface at times and cpu throttling and device heating ,but on day to day basis it was okay,
To be honest I dont care much about proximity either it worked fine for me even back then ,what am asking is does lineage or this legend ROM works same as oxygen OS would on oneplus? ,I know its asking too much comparing a official stock rom for a device to a developer based rom ,a better example would be pure nexus ROM on nexus device

No idea. Never had either a OP or a Samsung and honestly I will probably never have a Samsung. Despise such extremely expensive devices with fancy long curved screens
But probably NO, you won't get the same experience. As far as I know Oxygen is a hell of a rom developed and maintained by a huge team of devs and stuff. Legend's a tiny little custom rom as any other out there.
On the other hand, if you come back to the Mix you would be making a huge mistake going for Nougat. Nougat is dead. Roms are not maintained anymore, no improvements, no security patches.
Right now, the Oreo roms that we have, to my experience and in my phone, are all great. Snappy, good performance, decent or great battery, no lags, no problems. Some bugs always present but teams are fully working on their Oreo roms, kernels and bases, so they'll get fixed.
Have a look around the most commented Oreo threads and you'll find a whole lot of good information especially from Gavin. Was recommending the other day to get rid of thermal_engine or one of those files and is consistently getting over 170.000 in antutu on RR I believe.
You need to read and inform yourself my friend.

In this first release PROXIMITY DOESN'T WORK. Disabled it because fixes are not complete and break audio.
MS support's creating permanent problems for rom teams because of google, permissions and stuff. It should be properly working here, fixed it yesterday
Also, this is the first Oreo I try for lithium (haven't properly tested CrDroid or RR or AICP so maybe it works there) with full customizable navbar, something I personally appreciate as I HATE the default buttons positioning
Enjoy!

I might take it down while I work on it....

This may come as a surprise but I'm not a kernol tweaking man, I got advice from Ivan on settings and well what can I say except cool, I find no extra drain from data connection than any other ROM, no WiFi connection issues or data, so I'll stay here for at least till you find some other weird ROM.

Hey another day another rom, that's what you might be thinking. but we at stag (I'll try not to use big words, because the idea is to be simple) aim at something towards elegance. We are learners just like everyone out there, This is small something we have started which helps us learn every single day. Why Stag, you might question, my answer would be why not. After all Harry's patronus was a stag(pun intended). Anyway, so the aim here is to provide a really good experience to everyone who uses, everyone on telegram channel can contact us and request, everything will be considered, because if you as users feel something missing, it obviously must be missing. So looking forward for people using our StagOS and giving us all your precious feedback.
~Sic Parvis Magna~
PS: for people wondering what sic parvis magna is, it translates to great endings from small beginnings, Something i picked up while playing a game.

The usual ones you find on pie roms of yureka black(slight cam lags)
yes volte works
Installed this ROM and it works like a charm. A perfect daily driver with hell lot of customisations.
Here are a few bugs I found:
1. The curvature of the screen that is supposed to be on top right shifts to mid left of the screen after watching a full-screen video on YouTube. It goes back normal after rebooting the system or system UI. This bug is similar to that notch bug in Google Pixel.
2. Front camera lags as you said.
3. Can't delete fingerprint after registering. Btw fingerprint works blazing fast.
Other than that, the ROM is amazing and has a hell lot of customisations. Back camera works amazing and it's far smooth than any ROM I've installed on yu black.
Hope you keep the support and updates coming.

Delete the assert line in updater script before installing. Everything works fine then.
My yureka black has omnivision sensor on the front camera, is it the case on all devices ? I have tried RR6.1, RR7 , CrDroid etc and in none of the ROMs my front camera works. It is working fine in the Stock ROM though. Can someone get the output of "dumpsys media.camera" from their device and post a link here ?

Thanks for this, Yes the rom will be constantly updates, and the curvature bug(we like to call it an error with rounded screen) has been fixed and in the next update you are given the option to either use rounded cccorers or not cheers

No network issue after latest update (26-07-2019 update)
Today, i got a update notification for StagOS 9.0 (26-07-2019) and i downloaded it. After downloading it, the updater couldn't install it so i had to manually install it after exporting the update package.
I went to recovery and wiped dalvik, data and cache and installed the update zip.
Everything went smooth from downloading to installing the update but after the phone booted up, i am not getting network on any sim.
In settings, under SIM card tab, it shows both the sim slots are empty.
Kindly reply soon what should i do to get mobile network on my phone

At last a tweakable Pixel Experience ROM
A new rom? This shows once again how great this phone was in the Samsung series. Let's not forget that it's 5 years since the launch. Greate phone, great developers!
jprimero thx so much for your efforts for our note 3 you bring it back to life ! gonna download it right now then flash and report my feedback
does this rom have the systemwide dark mode from latest android Q? I'm waiting for this feature for a while now. If it's available then I'll give it a try, otherwise I'm pretty much satisfied with Havoc OS?

Hello. Yes. I am following this ROM on my mi a1 from the dev of the ROM, JoeyHuab. He really does update ROM 3-4 times a week, no matter how mundane the changelog is. Q animations were already in previous builds and the rest of the q animations released in beta version of android q will be added in following revisions.
You should also understand jprimero15. He releases nearly all the pie ROMs (even LOS sometimes) for hlte by himself. And he has a quota on google console that is getting used each time he compiles a new ROM. So he may not have the same luxury as JoeyHuab to release ROM 3-4 times a week. But he may release when there is a major changelog or fix for an important bug.
You should try this ROM. I advise it too. It is one of the very few that has most users users generally want. PE, customizations, fluidity. It may not have as much customizations as havoc os, but it has the main parts (ones that would not be able to have even with 3rd party apps). But you can request more from JoeyHuab, though he doesn't like to clutter ROM with many customizations.
I've been using it for two days. No problems at all currently. Fluent, stable, fast and beautiful. Thank you for this nice work.

@jprimero15 congrats on the new rom. I am sure users will love it as your builds are always really good :good:
I just flashed this rom. I commented this with this rom. But I think I gonna switch back to havoc. I know it's rude to compare rom, but it came from same publisher, and I didn't say havoc is better. It's because it doesn't have 'some' havoc's customization. Also some function like gaming mode which is it doesn't have, that I really love because I always like play moba games.
The UI and everything it's almost look same btw.

No. HavocOS is by SKULSHADY and ZeNiXxX but Evolution X is by JoeyHuab. You check the developer AND maintainer. Not only maintainer.
And yes. You have free will to chose which ROM you want. It is normal to write "I chose this ROM because I like customizations" on thread of which ROM you use, but it is rude to write on every other thread "customizations are not enough I dont like the ROM".
Every ROM is built for a reason and it is of course not normal to have all of them with same customizations. Each ROM has its own user preference and users have options to chose whichever they like.

So far this is a great rom. Is there any way to add the charge speed? Like in havoc where we can see how fast it is charging on the lock screen
This rom comes from pixel experience rom and do not expect to have a lot of customization..just a part of them.

You should ask it from JoeyHuab. But the thing is, you need to provide github repo from the ROM that uses that tweak. And be patient.

I respectfully disagree. Joey added many options on 1.0 of this ROM. But due to clutter, he had to start with clean slate for 2.0 and re-adds customizations one by one. You can see changelog of last 3-4 days in attachments.
About "when it will be implemented", see this post.

Yes, you have right..in comparation with version 1.0 of rom, version 2.0 come with many improvements and new and updated customizations and is a very good rom and smooth!

Mixed, based on AOSP, obviously hardware side and a bit of vendor based on los source, they work well in my opinion.
