I need a custom recovery.
I am using "Symphony Helio S1", MT6753, Mali- T720, Kernel V-Kernel v : 3.10.65 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.9.x-google 20140827, Android 5.1, Build number : LMY47D test-keys, Build date UTC : 20150911-043550, Baseband v: MOLY.LR9.W1444.MD.LWTG.MP.V16.P2, 2015/06/24 17:41.
My device is ROOTED. But every method has been failed to port Custom recovery,
Would you plz help me to build a suitable custom recovery for my device ?

developing a custom kernel module for Android KOT49H with kernel 3.4.0+

Dear all
i know that probably this question is more related to hacking and development section, but at the moment i'm not enabled to write there.
I've got a tablet P706 with android 4.4.2
this is the specific version:
Kernel 3.4.0+ [email protected] #301 Wed Dec 3 09:17:11 CST 2014
Build number:
Demo_7021a-userdebug 4.4.2 KOT49H eng.root.20141203.092050 release-keys
I've downloaded the kernel source from h t t p android.googlesource.com/kernel/msm/+/android-4.4 but the problem is that my module won't load, as i got a module version mismatch, as the running kernel on the tablet is 3.4.0+ but the version obtained from the kernel branch is 3.18.0-rc5+
Anyone can help me to understand where can i find the reference to the exact resource to checkout to build my custom module with the same kernel version?

Hi there, i dont know if this is the right section to post questions.
But i have some things that i want to know about.
If my phone :
Hardware : MT6582
Android v : 4.4.2
Kernel v : 3.4.67 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.7 (GCC) ) #1 SMP Sat Aug 13 15:22:50 CST 2016
1. Is is possible for me to flash other custom rom that having the same MT6582 chipset + Kernel 3.4.67 on my phone?
2. Is it possible for me to upgrade my phone Android Version from Kitkat into Lollipop or higher version?
3. What I need to take note before upgrade the Android Version?
