So currently I'm rooted with MagiskSU and my ROM is ENIGMA V6.1 , also running latest afterburner [also MM 6.0.1].
I was messing around and well I didn't know I couldnt use normal xposed flash so I read I had to use some "systemless" thing and download it via Magisk Manager, I downloaded Xposed Installer (SDK23 / ARM) for my J7 2015, flashing was succesful but my phone gets stuck in samsung logo and will NOT EVER BOOT.
Please help I had to take off my battery and restore via a lucky backup I had..

I have a rooted tmobile note 5. How do I install xposed?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
Did you install customer recovery? You need that too.
Pick the right OS like 5.1.1, etc , the right processor like x64 or not.
Or the Flashify app. You can insall your custom recovery with that app as well. Use TWRP
How did you guys get xposed installed?
I flashed v86, arm64 and am getting stuck in Samsung boot screen. I boot back in to recovery and flash Uninstaller to get my phone working.
Any ideas on wtf I'm doing wrong?
A search would have yielded that you must use wanams exposed package, which also includes instructions.......

I'm trying use android pay on my rooted sm-n920t 6.0.1. I've successfully installed Magisk and phh SU. The feature within Magisk that hides root from safetynet isn't compatible with stock Samsung kernel. So what are some recommendations on which kernel would be best suited for a stock rom rooted with Magisk?

Hi, could you tell me how did you installed magisk on your n920t? which version of magisk did you use ? I'm trying to install magisk on my sm-n9200 6.0.1 with stock rom unrooted , but failed . I installed magisk manager and flashed Magisk-v11.1.zip on my n9200 with stock 6.0.1 rom ( unmodified) , but when I opened magisk manager , it said " magisk is not installed ", while the root function showed and worked correctly . I followed the instructions in magisk manager to download and install magisk . After installation, magisk manager said that magisk was installed , but after I rebooted my note5, it showed " magisk is not installed " again.

You said you're not rooted, how are you flashing the files? Custom recovery, Flashify, FlashFire?
I started from compete stock, fresh.
Flashed TWRP via Odin, booted to recovery
Flashed arter97's v22 kernel via TWRP, booted system
Waited for system to settle (10 min), rebooted to recovery
Flashed osm0sis unSU.zip (Google is your friend), stay in recovery
Wipe dalvik and cache, flash Magisk-v11.1.zip
Boot system.
Forgot to mention the post you quoted was from when I used v10.2. Now using v11.1 so there's no need to install anything from phh. And you'll need the Magisk Manager app from the Play store

Not sure then. I know the stock Samsung kernel doesn't play well with Magisk so maybe try a custom kernel. Otherwise try reaching out and posting your logs on the main Magisk troubleshooting thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/mod-magisk-v1-universal-systemless-t3432382

1 - I installed the latest version of android 6.0.1 Track odin ( PDA = G930FXXU1BPLB)
2 - I installed the TWRP (3.0.2.4) via odin, it worked 100%
3 - I downloaded the CF Auto Root and installed via odin, and occurred everything perfectly, 100% functioning root.
4 - Good, with everything working perfectly i downloaded the xposed.Zip SDK23, ARM64, xposed 3.0 alpha4.apk of thread official of xposed
(https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811)
5 - i installed the xposed 3.0 alpha4.apk and reboot in recovery mode
6 - When I install xposed.zip by TWRP, the information above appeared a few words in red, I already knew that I had gone wrong after that, but I decided to restart to see... and then stayed with bootloop.

Hi
Your problem is in point 4 , you used the wrong file
I would installed XposedInstaller_3.1.1.apk ( newer) first and then the correct xposed.zip you cant use the official version for TW Samsung roms , you need the Unofficial version
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-xposed-samsung-lollipop-t3180960

Thank you friend for information, I gave a sought after on xposed to galaxy s7 here in the forum, but is huge, I didn't even know that there was unofficial version of xposed. i'll follow the tutorial to see if you will. once again i thank enormously
An alternative method is to flash magisk instead, add the Xposed Framework magisk module, and install the Xposed apk.
Have you installed official Xposed for Nougat?
Does it work fine on your MotoZ?
Any performance issues/lags?
Please add details on your ROM version, root method and if you have Magisk installed too or not...
Thank you.
I have this rom
Android Nougat on Moto Z (All Unlocked Versions) and rooted in the way that post says.
Installed xposed OK via TWRP, modules are correctly checked and enabled but didn't work, for example greenify didn't recognize that xposed is installed so didn't show the option.
Now I have missed data connection so am going to reinstall the same rom on the dirty way to not lose data and reinstall everything.

Two things...
- Greenify needs to fix its compatibility with Nougat, it's a known bug
- It is *needed* to use new official Xposed apk v.3.1.2 to manage modules activation. I've seen that unofficial or old version aren't able to enable them properly...
Thanks I have just read that about greenify, the list of compatible modules with nougat is short at this time guess so

Mine doesn't boot with xposed installed.
Stock 7.1.1 with turboZ and magisk
I remember that installing magisk caused a bootloop on my stock 7.0
I had forgotten what modifications I did to my 7.0 stock (retus), trying to flash Xposed on it prevented it from booting (probably because of verity-dm) so I restarted from scratch.
1) Downloaded 7.1.1 stock from here and flashed it. Downloaded and installed 2 OTAs from system updates then.
2) Flashed latest TWRP (3.1.1-0).
3) I've read various reports of latest Magisk not working on Moto Z. Gave it a try though. Flashed Magisk v14.0, everything went well and I got back root access.
4) Tried installing systemless Xposed, however install failed from Magisk Manager, flashing the zip succeeded in recovery but Xposed wasn't recognized after reboot.
5) So I flashed classic Xposed (arm64) following these instructions, everything went fine (after one very long reboot).
Hi my fried. How long time this reboot in minuts?
Thanks

Hi everyone!
I rooted my S5 Neo with magisk method and this works well.
Today I thought I can flash the xposed modul from the magisk moduls but it goes wrong.
First I downloaded it and it wont install throug magisk manager. So I flashed it with TWRP and after that my S5 Neo wont boot anymore. There was only the S5 Neo writing and then the screen belongs black and led gets bright.
Right now I try to read a nandroid backup back, that I can use it again. Hope it will work. When not I have to flash ist again ...
Is there anyone that uses xposed on a s5 neo? What must I do, that it will work?
I have a rooted stock rom on android 6.0.1, rooted with magisk.
Maybe someone can help.

Hi, I don't know about the rooted stock ROM but with the AEX rom (https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...sed-s5-neo-magisk-root-t3758171/post75758078) I managed to get xposed working (first installed Magisk, then Xposed through twrlp).
There is an application called Link2SD ...
On this Android 10 (LineageOS_17.1) Link2SD application does not work correctly ...
Does anyone know how to make it move applications in system memory as well as from system to user memory...?
