functional and close to stock android
Minimal changes over stock, thankfully.
The user interface is close to stock. But I have to tell you, the firmware is pretty buggy.

I've installed Eragon ROM (by skeleton) and it's way better than the stock ROM

If you like vanilla android you will love it, specially after rooting because now you can charge the boot screen and the font.
If you want something nice like Samsung and Sony do to their devices...nope.

Great that it's almost vanilla Android. Very snappy.
Missing some little things, but nothing Nova launcher can't fix.

EMUI has gone through some big improvements and the latest version is really nice. The motion control is really polished and more than just a gimmick now.

I think the default experience is a but heavy, props to samsung that it lets me disable things that I don't want.

As beautiful as OneUI is, Oxygen OS and Stock are the best in class with no doubt, they are even much more lighter.
